The English speaking coordinators before, throughout and after are truly amazing with all the info and support you could possibly need at any moment.
My surgery was done by Dr. Orkun who is truly skilled and incredible at his job! He definitely went the extra mile for me as I had a complexed case following breast augmentation many years ago and multiple pregnancies I wanted my implants removed and a breast lift with no implants and I could not be happier with my results!
The whole process is completely taken care of from start to finish by your coordinator, the accommodation is perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better result, I’m forever grateful. 🙏 🌟

I was very happy with my Clineca experience. Everything was well planned out and well managed from the booking process to arriving and then having my surgery and then the recover process at the hospital. The hotel was also very nice and stunning. A special mention to Melike who answered all my questions and queries promptly and also made my my experience was how it should be. I’m also happy with work done by Dr Erkun and his assistant. Actually all the staff were really nice and helpful and I’d like to say thanks to everyone.

I cannot thank Clineca enough for all they’ve done for me. The service has been absolutely amazing from the very first interaction to the last. I want to say a special thank you to Tulin, Ahu and my consultant Dr Hasan Alim. These three people in particular made sure everything was smooth in terms of transition and how well I was looked after. They answered all of my questions attentively ( I had lots) and reassured me throughout. Genuinely changed my life. Amazing service, super clean clinic and lovely hotel. Transfers were also perfect, no need to chase up for anything

Dr Engin Selamioğlu is the best and number One doktor among many other professionals which I highly recommend indeed he has actually given me the result desired. He makes you feel confident because he is trustworthy. The best Revision Rhinoplasty surgeon ever. He does many other wonderful procedures. He and his team are very kind and especially a big thanks to Duygu, who has been excellentttt with us all the way and Jessica from CLINECA with the other assistants have been very helpful and kind all the way as much as the nurse assistant after the operation evey day treating me excellent and being very kind. The transfers drivers were very polite and kind and overall the stay, service kindness and food wise at the DoubleTree Hilton hotel is marvellous! He is a Top Professional and his work is totally outstanding, as much as his kind manners and attitude, The doktor does what you ask for and is 100 percent accurate and very dedicated. I couldn’t ask for any better, he is a surgeon that is definitely 💯 positive and confident to trust !! I would return to him again for any other procedures in the future. My whole experience was great from start to finish :) I’m very happy with my results .

My first cosmetic surgery, so I was scared and especially being In another country, I’m from London, so going turkey was very scary, the day I arrived I had my blood test,
The next day was my surgery, I got told way before I’ll be having a 3 d scan, but that didnt happen I had 2 d scan which I was really not happy about., Dr Orkun was amazing and I love my results, the nurses didn’t speak English and it was so hard to translate, just asking for water they didn’t understand and it was so frustrating. But they did look after me.
The morning after my surgery I asked the nurse what time am I being discharged, she translating on my phone and said 5pm in the evening, and hour later which was 8am the person who works for Clineca said your car is coming for you in 5mins,
I find the communication quite bad but overall I’m satisfied I went with Clineca and can’t wait to see my final results

I chose Clineca after extensive research to determine which best suited my needs. And I can only say that my wishes have come true. I can't yet see the full final result, but even without that, I'm already very satisfied! I'm also very satisfied with the support provided, from the planning stage to the surgery and back home. My first contact was with Zisan, to whom I could ask all my questions. A few weeks before the surgery, I was assigned my personal assistant, Ahu💖. She is, in a word, fantastic and very dedicated, very patient despite managing several tasks simultaneously. All transfers, from arrival to departure, were punctual and pleasant, with friendly drivers. Dr. Erkan Pinegoz is a true artist among plastic surgeons. He explains what's feasible and what the possible side effects might be, and he really looks at what suits your body and your needs. He keeps a close eye on the process after the surgery, especially through the super sweet nurses Rehan💖 and Yamur💖 at the hotel, who perform the daily checkups. They are truly amazing! Besides the comfort of the wonderful hotel, they made my stay pleasant with daily checkups, consultations, and medical assistance. The hospital where the surgery took place is clean and tidy, the nurses are friendly, and not all of them speak good English, but hey, Google Translate is perfect for that. I went with a good feeling and am still very satisfied after returning. I definitely recommend Clineca and would definitely choose them again! Thanks to the entire Clineca team!💐

Everything was awesome. The staff was very helpful and always available for questions. The doctor was very competent, helpful and did an amazing job. We stayed in a nice hotel and had a very big room in the hospital as well.

I had a good experience getting my septorhinoplasty with clineca. My surgeon (Salim Iksender) listened to what I wanted to achieve and so far i am happy with my results- i would recommend him if you are looking for a natural result. My rating is 4 stars because i found the language barrier quite challenging during my hospital stay and there were some small issues i experienced which would prevent a 5 star rating, but overall i would recommend Dr Salim and Clineca as a whole, the team that I met were all welcoming and friendly.

I am so happy with my nose and its 3 weeks post Operation.
Especially Büsra who coordinated everything was sooo Sweet and Caring . She Even spoke german so good.

I had a positive experience with Clineca overall. From the very first moment I contacted them, everything felt smooth and well-organized. I got my surgery date and received clear instructions on what to expect and how to prepare. They helped me with every step, which made me feel supported, especially since I was quite nervous before the operation — which I think is totally normal!

I traveled with my friend, who was a great source of comfort and support for me. When we landed in Turkey, transportation from the airport to the hotel was perfectly arranged by Clineca. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and the staff there were so kind and helpful.

I was thankful that Büşra, my coordinator, helped me by rescheduling my operation time a bit later since I had a heavy and tiring flight. She was patient and understanding, which I really appreciated. Even though I could feel that the staff and the surgeon were quite busy, and I wished more time with them, I was still satisfied with Büşra’s support. It felt a bit hectic, but she always replied quickly to my many questions 😊 and gave me clear instructions about the medication and post-op care.

One thing that could be improved is the waiting times. On the day of my surgery, my friend and I had to wait a really long time before my consultation started. Also, when they gave an approximate time for something — like when a check-up or next step would happen — it often took longer than expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but when you’re nervous before surgery, waiting that long can feel stressful.

My surgeon, Dr. Iskender, was very professional and made me feel safe about the procedure. I didn’t get the 3D photos I was hoping for due to the rescheduled time, but we went through everything together at the hospital using his iPad, which worked fine, but I was still hoping for the 3D consultation. He was direct and clear about how everything would be done, which helped me trust him completely. I would’ve liked to visit Clineca’s own office as well, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance this time.

At the hospital, the only real challenge was communication. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, so I had to use Google Translate constantly — which was quite exhausting after surgery. I highly recommend bringing someone with you for extra support, especially for translation and small practical things. When I needed assistance and the nurses were called, they came quickly, but at one point they told my friend to do something for me instead, which felt a bit strange since I was the patient and had paid for full service.

Everything else worked perfectly. All the transfers were on time, the drivers were professional and helped with all our luggage, and the cars were spotless. Room service at the hotel was also excellent — even when I called in the middle of the night asking for ice, they brought it to my room right away!

Overall, despite a few small issues with timing and communication at the hospital, my experience with Clineca was very positive. The organization, the hotel, the transfers, and the professionalism of Dr. Iskender and Büşra’s caring support made me feel safe and looked after. I’m very happy with my results and would recommend Clineca to anyone considering surgery abroad.

It has been about 3 weeks since my operation and I am very satisfied with the results already, even if it is still swollen. I can’t wait for the final result.
