Even though I was late, I was called in and they were so lovely.

Very professional. My assessor Angelina was extremely understanding and explained everything to me so patiently and in detail. Very happy with the service.

I am so happy about the service i have recieved from clinical partners from start to finish, everyone I spoke to from the admin team to the clinician Adil Bhaloda was amazing and made me feel comfortable to be able to speak to them. another plus was from handing in my initial assesment to getting my 121 assesment took 2 weeks, I have been advised to also get checked for autism which i will definatly be doing. my 6 year old son has also been diagnosed with autism with clinical partners and that service was as outstanding as the treatment i got so thank you to Adil Bhaloda

The experience was good overall but did not fully understand some of the questions or what it was you wanted… you sent to me a report and also to my son regarding your interpretation of how the meeting went and your experience with me and I found it all very negative and I was a bit disappointed.

From getting referred from my doctor to the actual assessment, I only had to wait about 3/4mths if that. I was so nervous sat waiting for the assessor to log in and when she did my anxiety went through the roof. I have to say within about 5 minutes she put me at total ease. The assessment itself went really smooth (apart from me not charging my laptop up). All the way through it was more of a conversation,
Yes she did ask questions but it just flowed so easily and before I knew it, it was over. Mine did take just under an hour and a half. At the end of the assessment I got my diagnosis of ADHD and even though the actual assessment had ended she still was talking to me for about 20/30 mins explaining what would be beneficial to me and would work and what wouldn’t. I have to say I can’t find any fault whatsoever with my assessor Hannah. All the way through she kept me fully at ease, she was very understanding and considerate. Her tone of voice as well is what helped me through the process and her calm manner, even though my laptop lost its charge, then I connection, she remained calm and stopped me from proper panicking when I got back on. For anyone wanting to choose a provider with the right to choose pathway, I would a million % recommend this company. Thankyou so much Hannah for all your support and I’m definitely sure your next assessment does as well as mine did.

The waiting time was shorter than I expected, albeit a year but understand that there are waiting lists. Once the ball started rolling so to speak, the process was very quick.
However, I was not expecting an 8.15 Saturday morning call to make an appointment and then could not contact by phone as advised by a follow up phone call but even then when I spoke with someone the Monday morning an appointment was made for that week.

Amazing service after a long awaited fight for my son was referred through clinical partners and they was amazing

After being told to expect an 18-month wait for an ADHD assessment, I was delighted to receive my diagnosis within just five months. Naturally, I felt apprehensive before the assessment, but clinician Christelle immediately put me at ease. She made me feel genuinely heard and listened to throughout the process, and clearly explained the next steps as well as the support available should I need it.

I cannot thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism, and understanding. She is a true credit to Clinical Partners, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience she provided!

Surprising quick

Juliette Azar was such a fabulous person to talk to and she knew how to bring out the answers to questions that otherwise I would have really struggled to find the words for.

A total people person with much empathy, it was a pleasure speaking to her and at the same time piecing parts of my life together that I hadn't even thought of previously.

The person I spoke to was professional, calm and considerate. The overall experience was a bit harrowing but I was given time to collect myself and respect was shown the whole way through! Unfortunately I’ve forgotten the name of the person I spoke to but they were fantastic!

Overall waiting time was great, and they did so well to support myself and my son throughout his assessment and his diagnosis.

They done very well in understanding him, and i couldn't of asked for a better team to take the responsibility in doing this for us.

They have given myself a peace of mind and taken a big weight off of my shoulders. Thankyou to your team for everything you've done for us.

I was initially worried about what it entailed and what I would need to do, but it was all very calm and open which allowed me to be myself, Louise was great.

While it did have a bit of a wait that was expected but when it was my turn to book my appointments were within the month and were booked then.

My assessors were great and were patient with me, and my forgetfulness :)
