Order never recieved. Couriers just seen to leave parcels anywhere these days with zero respect. Also no refund! Mortified, will not be ordering from here again

I have used your hair extensions on 3 different clients all 3 were happy the hair felt good and lasted well. I use your shampoo and conditioner and always recommend my clients do as well. I feel there could be more cheeky little bargain buys for account holders but overall it’s a 5 star for clip hair.

First time ordering from here and my…
First time ordering from here and my package was delivered on time however it was taken from my front door step evri looked into it and confirmed it had been stolen however cliphair replaced the hair before even that so I only had to wait a couple more days which I really appreciate I know have the hair and it's such good quality looks exactly the same as my natural hair and is really lightweight compared to other clip ins.

Really poor quality hair extensions
Really poor quality hair extensions. The product was advertised as 220g and 22 inches, but the hair that arrived was clearly not as described, they were underweight and uneven, with some sections only measuring 18 inches.
The hair itself was very stringy and became static with minimal handling or brushing, making it difficult to style and ultimately unusable.
I raised this with customer service and provided photographic evidence clearly showing the hair being underweight and shorter length. Despite this, I was only offered a partial refund and asked to return the item so it could be “tested”. I did not feel comfortable with doing this request, and in any case I should not have been required to return the product in order to prove it was not as described, especially after already providing clear evidence.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. This product failed on multiple counts. When goods are not as described, the consumer is entitled to a remedy without unnecessary barriers being placed on them.
The customer service was obstructive and not in line with my statutory consumer rights. I would defo not purchase again and will be sticking with Beauty Works in future. I would strongly advise others not to buy from here.

All of our extensions are independently quality tested as well as checked in-house to ensure they meet the advertised weight and length specifications. Complaints of this nature are extremely uncommon, and we take any such concerns very seriously.
When you contacted us, we requested that the hair be returned for assessment, which is a standard process followed by all retailers. This allows our quality team to physically inspect the product and verify concerns such as weight, length, and overall condition. While we understand you provided images, it is not always possible to accurately assess these factors from photographs alone.
As the item was not returned for inspection, we were unable to fully verify the issue. However, in order to support you, we offered and issued a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, which was accepted as a resolution at the time. We also confirmed that, had the item been returned, a full refund or replacement could have been offered following assessment if a fault was identified.
We do take our responsibilities seriously and aim to resolve all concerns fairly and in line with our policies.
