I had wanted to watch one event months ago and was not given a clear written review of what the free membership entails. This is a LOCKED CONTRACT that you sign up for and can not get out of for an entire year. You CANNOT cancel after a month or two. You end up paying $20 a month for a year. I cannot express how much I encourage you not to sign up for clip my horse.tv

We currently only offer contracts that run for at least one year, regardless of whether you choose annual or monthly payment.
This information is clearly displayed during the registration process. You can choose between annual and monthly payment, but the contract is always annual.
Unfortunately, you probably overseen this information when registering, we are very sorry about that!
We have recently adapted and improved the registration process and hope to avoid such problems in the future.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the coverage of our events.
We broadcast numerous events around the world every week, including many events organized by the FEI. If you miss an event, please do not hesitate to contact us directly (support@clipmyhorse.tv). Together we will find out if the event is not broadcast or what the reasons are for not getting the rights.
If you don't like the commentary, you can always switch to the channel without commentary. At larger events we often provide different channels in different languages, or even without commentary.
Regarding the e-mails, I would like to point out that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can do this via your account settings, or directly at the end of the newsletter. The system will only send e-mails relating to your contract directly.
We hope to have been able to clear things up a little and would be delighted to welcome you to our site in the future.

The simple fact that we get to view show jumping and other horse sports apart from racing in Australia is fantastic a wide range of standards from beginners to world cup quality make it more interesting maybe if you got someone from down here to film one or 2 of our major events would add a bit more interest all in all i think its great keep up the good work

Constant issues with certain events not…
Constant issues with certain events not loading and unable to watch despite fast internet speeds. Freezing of website as well. Frustrating trying to watch something and it never loads or just decides to quit in the middle of things and unable to continue watching

Confusing and videographer did not…
Confusing and videographer did not focus on the hack well
And the model stayed to long on one pony while others barely got a glance
Over fences needed to zoom in more especially at both ends of the ring, way to far away

I loved the announcer
I loved the announcer. Ladies sometimes don’t know how to address a mic. Their voices are too soft to be heard. She was great. And very informative.
It can be a little difficult trying to scroll through looking for a certain show. But it’s getting easier.
