Loved the ability to watch events
Loved the ability to watch events. Free process was complicated and just confusing at some points for full screen mode, usef membership was complicated to link. I’m currently confined to my home recovering from major surgery, but even then the subscription pricing was absolutely insane. Definitely doesn’t seem to be inclusive and I can see how many are priced out or just never sign up. Loved having a trial in the middle of summer in FL, but can’t justify the pricing.

We currently offer an annual subscription at a price of €149.95 per year, as this is a frequently requested option that allows our customers to get a comprehensive offering. As a USEF member you can have also access to a lot of videos even if you do not have a active membership on ClipMyHorse.TV. Depending which USEF membership you have, you will have access only on livestreams (USEF FAN) OR livestreams and on demand (subscriber/competing). However, you are absolutely right that this type of subscription is not suitable for every customer, especially if their interest is limited to just a few competitions.
Regarding the price, we would like to point out that we are constantly working on developing our service and adding new, exciting content to provide added value to our subscribers. As with other streaming platforms, there is an ever-growing team behind it, who do their best every day to create even better functions and processes.

Was great until it came to cancelling
Was great until it came to cancelling my subscription. I emailed the company multiple times just to finally be told they can’t cancel until a certain month even though I pay by month so have had to and still am currently paying for a service I’m not using and getting emails saying ‘thank you for your renewal’ each month. They refused as they can only cancel straight away once with what they called a ‘goodwill gesture’ .

Unfortunately, we currently only offer an annual membership. This is also obvious when you register. Although you can choose between monthly and annual payment, the contract always runs for one year. We understand very well that this subscription model is not suitable for everyone and are already working on solutions that may be more satisfactory in your case.

On some major tournaments, we have different language commentators. But also many tournaments only broadcast the classes without commentary. The more we grow, the more we can offer this service at more tournaments.
You can view all classes at any time in our archive. Here you will not only find individual clips, but always the entire test.

Be aware that the 30 day 'free trial' ties you into an 11 month subscription at 18 a month! The reviews saying that they got the trial to 'make their mind up'must be fake, as its not possible to cancel for a year after the so called free trial.
