Superb, neurodiverse friendly experience! Jo called us back promptly to accomodate our daughters needs; friendly and accomodating. Mia gave our daughter a 121 practical example of how to follow safety procedures and even stayed to encourage her on the equipment.
Great for confidence building and extremely inclusive, highly recommend!

We had a most enjoyable team building afternoon at Clip ‘n Climb.

The facilities were excellent, and the staff incredibly helpful and attentive. The food was delicious too, which was a lovely bonus.

Overall, we all had a great time and truly appreciate everything you did to make the afternoon so enjoyable.

If I could give 10 stars I would.

Went last Thursday evening for our first ever experience and the team were magnificent. I'm getting on a bit and not the bravest in the world but they reassured me, helped me get used to the equipment and set various goals for me during the session.

The climbing is fun, the staff make this place exceptional. If you've never been before and you're not sure, you would do well to give it a go.

We'll be going back. And I never thought I'd hear myself typing that sentence in a million years. It was great fun - and good excercise too. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a very enjoyable visit to Clip and Climb Ipswich today. Our grandson had a great time. All staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless and clean. The cafe is a welcoming and comfortable space and the waiting team of Lewis and Izzy were very friendly and efficient in taking our food order. The food was very good, especially the poached eggs and avocado on sourdough bread. Will be back!.

Kid’s 10th birthday party was epic! Everyone loved it. The staff were so amazing. Really went above and beyond…they were super friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for us. The centre is huge and incredible: the biggest in Europe! All the kids loved it. The birthday food was fantastic. I’ve never seen chicken nuggets so big. Each one was half a chicken breast! They even made a gorgeous birthday cake. They took care of everything. Top class from start to finish. Mark and Dave, especially were immense, but all the climbing staff and cafe staff were top notch. Just so friendly and down to earth and genuine. Really made us and all the kids feel special.

My child is in hospital because of this place. A phyco dropped my kid when going up with her. She got severe brain damage and broke her wrist.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED....NEVER COMING BACK.

THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Great way to burn off some energy for the kids, tonnes of fun and great staff, will definitely be back!

Went here recently for a birthday, staff were professional and friendly and the place was spotless

I had my daughters 9th birthday party here yesterday, I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness. The staff were so helpful and polite throughout our time there, in the climbing area and also in the party room. They served the children their food & drinks in the party room, the food was beautifully homemade. We will be back again! Highly recommend!
