We’ve been using Clixifix for a while now and it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The system is really easy to use internally and has made managing defects so much more efficient for our team.

It’s not just straightforward it’s also incredibly flexible, with a wide range of functions. From reporting and documenting to adapting the system to suit our needs (like adding categories or editing schemes), it works perfectly for us.

What really stands out is how simple it is for external users too. Both buyers and contractors have commented on how user-friendly it is, which makes a big difference day-to-day.

The team have also been amazing. From setup through to aftercare, nothing has been too much trouble. They’ve got a great ‘how-to’ guide, but I’ll be honest, I usually just give them a call because they’re so friendly, helpful, and always up for a laugh.

Would definitely recommend.

Clixifix....more lke Airfix without any glue!! It's rubbish. Either that or my environment still needs A LOT of work so should not have gone 'live' without UAT. Search results are very broad, no email only text notifications, submitting a ticket just goes into a void i.e no submission notice so no idea of ref number so can't track. List goes on!

Note: this website does not work on Safari using a Mac desktop running OSX. Most of the functions do not work. Seems OK if using Google Chrome on same platform. Really poor design to the functions anyway.

This is for clixifix. Response to earlier review. As the customer I am not aware that you are a software provider to Kellen homes as this was never explained to me. I was told on raising the problems with my home to contact clixifix. So as far as I am concerned these are the people who are used by Kellen homes to repair the defects in my home. If this is not the case then clixifix need to have a conversation with Kellen homes that they need to explain this to the customer. When I take car insurance out through money supermarket with Axa I don’t contact money supermarket for insurance matters I contact Axa. So when these problems with my property have not been addressed I am obviously complaining to the company I was told we’re the company who are instructed with the repairs to my property. Please make this clear through Kellen homes. Also when I am very frustrated with cold coming through my door and window when it is -8 degrees and having to gown downstairs to turn my heating on upstairs I am very annoyed and I am not bothered about clixifix or Kellen homes and what they do as I have been told this is the company I go to so I just want my property that I paid a lot of money for repaired.

We have had such a good experience with Clixifix from initial demonstration to set up! Everyone has been very friendly and very helpful all throughout - nothing has been too much trouble for them. Highly recommend!
