Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product's quality, reporting issues such as leaking, splitting, and breaking after minimal use. Customers also found the price to be excessive for what they received, often feeling that the product was not worth the cost. The user experience was frequently criticized, particularly the difficult and time-consuming process of resetting the product by boiling it, with some finding it impractical and unsafe. Some people were dissatisfied with the customer service, mentioning unresponsiveness to warranty claims and issues with replacements. However, some customers also noted positive experiences with customer service, highlighting swift reactions to problems and complimentary gifts. While some found the product to be effective for pain relief and appreciated its reusability, others felt the heat did not last long enough and the product was a waste of money.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. Bought the knee clix and it burst after 1 use!!! I purchased the extended 2 year warranty. I’ve contacted them 3 times via email (the one they provided me) and the website form and had no reply to any of them. Extremely disappointing product and customer service (or lack there of). Having to do a charge back through the bank for my money back on a product that lasted less than a month on one use. Terrible company.

They work well but annoying to de-activate

I bought these an an Expo and they work for sure, the click button is hard to trigger in the beginning but eases up with time. Its a super cool product with the crystals heating up immediately and the warmth lasting about an hour. The big downside is they are so annoying to de-activate. You are supposed to boil them in water until all the crystals disappear but they take forever, you have to constantly keep stirring and taking them out to check on them. And even when you think all the crystals are gone and it has been reset, there could be just 1 crystal left in there and the whole thing will reactivate itself.

So dissatisfied

So dissatisfied. We bought several Clix products at a marathon bib pickup. The woman selling them seemed so trustworthy. I spent $200 and my sister-in law spent $200 on several Clix packs. I was able to use mine twice before they stopped working and my SIL once. All of them. We both feel ripped off and disappointed.

I bought a whole pack

I bought a whole pack; €40 worth and I can't get it to work. I've read the instructions a few times and followed them but still can't get it to work. I bought it at the Ideal Homes Exhibition in Dublin, they were so persuasive and I feel like a fool for falling for this product... hook, line and sinker.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!
I am only giving them one star because I cant go lower. We purchased hand warmers and the 2nd time we inserted in hot water the packet exploded. We contacted them and they refunded us the purchase but also required us to ship back the items we purchased. They would not cover the shipping costs for a faulty product that we did not feel confident in using anymore.

Do Not Buy these products!

Well I will add my dissatisfaction to the long list of other customers. I wish I had taken the time to read reviews prior to spending over $200 on their products. The sales girl assured me they would be great as cold compresses, not just heat. I am recovering from intense foot surgeries and cold is all I need. These are terrible as cold compresses. They freeze to such a point that they are extremely heavy and not pliable to work around the wounded areas. I have sent several emails to the company (of course this is one of those scammy companies that you cannot call and speak to a human) and they have only offered a 50% refund which I am unwilling to accept. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and am hoping that will work. These are garbage products and should not be allowed to be sold at trade shows where health care professionals are trusting that the product is reputable when it is not. I will not stop until i get a full refund. Lesson here too is always check for reviews when buying something at a trade show or a new product you’ve never heard of before.
