Slow delivery …
Delivery on last 2 items has been very slow and customer service is a nightmare. Once they actually respond they do sort any issues quickly and items are always great it just takes a while to get any kind of response from them at all

Great company - not the best customer service
Had a bit of a problem with my order where one t-shirt didn't come.
I did have to try and get through to Jamie on a few different platforms however he eventually rang me off his personal phone to sort things out a couple of days later.
Can tell this is an honest company with top quality products but could suggest possibly employing someone to deal with customer service enquiries.

I don’t know a company worse than this. I ordered a hoodie on the 4th December which I thought was plenty of time to get before Christmas as this was a gift. On the 7th December I messaged out of curiosity how long delivery takes as it did say usually next day delivery but with it been Christmas I understand it could take a little longer, they responded with they will track my order and let me know which I though was great. I then got told on the 13th December it was sent with Royal Mail special delivery which usually means next day. I then messages again on the 16th wondering where my parcel is and got a response through a voice message saying they’ll send a tracking a number. I spoke to someone else who was also having the same problem I continued to message on numerous occasions as they told me i should have my parcel but I don’t. I have very little response and when replying they have been very unprofessional. I am yet to receive a tracking number and got no response, I understand if they’ve sent it out and got lost or something on the way but they’ve been no help what so ever and it’s a lot of money just to forget about. I will be just taking matter in my own hands. I would avoid this company at all costs and will never order from here again!!

Only ok if nothing goes wrong. They sent the wrong item and took 3 weeks to refund it following multiple ignored messages through the website, WhatsApp and emails from me. I found the best way to get a reply is through instagram and the only way to get action was by raising a dispute through PayPal. As for the refund they said I get for the cost of postage to return the wrong item they sent well I’m still waiting! Customer care is clearly not a priority.
EDITED 21/12/23 Prompt response today and postage refunded.

Follow up from previous experience.Adding on from previous review I did…
Adding on from previous review I did finally recieve the tracksuit trousers on the day Jamie had said which was 10th November ( considering the tracksuit was ordered on the 27th September and trousers sent back on the 6th October which were signed for by Clobbercartlez on the 7th October ) having to wait over 1 month for a replacement item when I expressed it was a present for my sons birthday I feel is not good customer service especially when it had been myself making most of the contact. Untill the review was put Trust Pilot which I feel is my right as a customer to express my experience of this company which was not satisfactory!. Only then has Jamie maintained regular contact and dealt with this matter personally! I dont appreciate though being contacted and asked several times to take the review down! The quality of the items are more than satisfactory and I was very pleased with them. But unfortunately neither myself or my son would purchase from them again as the service is far less than satisfactory.
