Seller has been ignoring all emails, messages, calls and clearly refuses to cooperate. Purchase was made through Klarna, and was requested to cancel the order. Seller stated that he will not cancel due to him losing a *fee* from the sell.
At the moment, the seller has been paid £521.99 and has sent no items out or bothered to sort the situation.
Order was placed October last year by the way….
Still waiting on Klarna to help resolve this issue, and for the store to reply.

In the meantime, the store has been reported to the Ombudsman services.
