I have ordered several items from this company and let’s just say, they make me very happy and put a smile on my face;). The first product I ordered was the Ultra Blow and dang did it do its job. The name Ultra is very fitting. Didn’t think it could get any better than that until I decided to order the Super Sucker. WOW!!! Is what you will say if you ever get the chance to try it. This automatic Super Sucker was even better than the Ultra Blow, which I didn’t think was possible. 8 Stars for the Ultra-Blow, 9 Stars for the Super-Sucker, and 10 stars for the Closet Company! Thank you Closet for “sucking” 😜🤣 and for putting smiles on our faces!!!

Shipping is discreet and came in super fast. Longest a package ever took was about 9 days, the shortest being 2, all items were as expected or exceeded expectations, items are almost always on sale for 60% off, and Closet is now the only sex toys I have in my collection anymore. I've gotten several items from the Closet Lineup and none of them disappoint.

Hi there,i am living in Spain,i have odered from your shop,and wait 3 month,to know that my package some how cant delivered.i contact with shop and it gave me coupon to byu same things again.i did it and pay another 13 euro for delivery,and now i cant get my package,because it stack somewhere again.what should i do as a customer to get things i have odered?i politely ask you made a refound.

The package didn't even deliver :( I spent a lot of money for this product and neither support for closet or the delivery service responded upon email.

Closet is one of the better companies I have shopped from because their products are top quality. I had a little trouble when one stopped working, I messaged them and in the end I was able to get a nice replacement for the product. They were always helpful along the way, it may have took a little bit of time but honestly it was worth it. I have bought many items from them and will continue to buy more. Thank you, Closet!!

Closet is usually amazing. After this warranty request, my product was delivered to the wrong address even though it was marked as delivered, it wasn’t to my address. Instead of closet doing the investigation, they told me I’m tasked with contacting USPS. Their website doesn’t work currently and I’ve been trying for days. What a waste of my time. Won’t ever buy from closet again which is probably a good thing since I have purchased everything I’ve wanted from this site.

Not sure if it's because of the paper tape they use or not enough packing material, but my box was opened when it arrived! Quite embarrassing when this should be sealed and packed with utmost care to avoid these things.

I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first toy. But it completely exceeded my expectations and I am incredibly happy with it.

Disappointed with My Experience
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store. I sent in quality items and was later told they were rejected due to not being laundered beforehand even though they all were. I feel as though I was scammed. Despite not receiving any prior notice or email communication regarding this issue. I was only offered $35 in store credit, and I had to contact them to get an answer which felt unfair and unprofessional. The lack of transparency and communication throughout the process was very disappointing. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Products I bought were decent. The thrusting plug I bought gets very hot very fast- and that was quite uncomfortable.
The real skin dildo I got feels great! But the suction cup does not work AT ALL. So a bit disappointing.
There’s also no info on the website about having to pay duty fees or anything - and I ended up paying $100 just in duties. So that was a bit frustrating.
Overall an okay experience. But wouldn’t order again.

My shipment was delayed for weeks and was only processed once I sent a follow up email. Then, one item came without a charger and even after two follow up emails I’ve yet to be provided with a resolution. I like the product and supporting the business, but expect more.

When I first opened the box, I was shocked. It seemed like a lot of fun and… it was! It was a bigger than i thought and it felt a little uncomfortable at first, but then once I got used to it it felt soooo good.

I’ve shopped with them for a few times now and their customer service is always great. Products come discreet which is so important for me haha. I recently tried their new UltraFeel Dildo and I 100% recommend it! It’s soft enough to feel lifelike but strong enough to get the job done. It really is lifelike. The 7” was the right size. I enjoyed my experience overall and highly recommend this product and their site overall. Definitely a returning customer!
