Reported an issue with our toilet…
Reported an issue with our toilet leaking. Engineer came out and said the toilet wasn't secure to the ground and he couldn't fix this. Contacted landlords, sent out maintenence guy, secured toilet to the ground, but couldn't fix the leak as it was part of the closomat water connections, which could have been fixed by the closomat engineer initially, so would get this raised with closomat. So months later, still no further contact from closomat, and the toilet is still leaking.

All we do,is say to the council what is wrong. Thinking they would forward problems straight to yourselves. They say bad publicity is still publicity. I’d rather not write what’s wrong on here.

The fitting went well the guy was very informative gave us a demonstration of use it was for my husband blind deaf and disabled he used it as instructed but the wash spray was ni where near where Ray wanted it and the warm air dryer was not warm and hasnt changed we have moved the was he sits on the toilet but the only thing is that he got a bad nappy type of rash which took about a week to clear but on a good note he has the cleanest balls in shaw we dont use the wash and dry thing now sorry

We have had our closomat for about 8…
We have had our closomat for about 8 years. Its been a blessing as both my daughter and myself have disabilities. The after care is also great. They service it annually and if any problems occur (which hasn't happened) the team are very helpful

Excellent initial home visit with understanding of personal needs. Customer service was great when an issue regarding invoicing was not addressed fully. The attention to personal care is exemplary and the toilet works like a treat! The follow up visit to ensure all the settings were comfortable was an added bonus. The closomat is working well
The closomat is working well, but I am not using it now for the full disabled facility it affords (washibg & drying) since losing my wife. It is there in case I do become disabled.
The company has serviced it very well.
