I am disabled I need help with the toilet whilst this is a good help for wash dry it could be improved on some issues, the initial water is cold then it gets warmer only to go cold again, in summer not so bad in winter not so good ,the dryer needs to be a bit more forceful and warm

Manufactured to a high standard in the uk
Closomat provide a lavatory with a wash and dry facility that is easy to use for those experiencing lowered ability. Easy to operate elbow flushes. Ours was installed by our builders but commissioned afterwards by Closomat to ensure proper safe installation. The pre Sales team were very helpful and gave advice and prices when asked. No pushy sales pitch, just honest advice when needed to a family feeling the effects of recent life changes.

My loo is in aworst state than before the engineer came,, the outer casing on the back of the loo and under, aren’t secure.
I can’t remember the exact date because the engineer kept arriving before my carer, despite your office requesting later appointments.
