CLOSOMAT is a specialist WC/bidet

CLOSOMAT is a specialist WC/bidet. Material is of marine standard. Customer is advised NOT to use Any other product than a gentle cream. Great? NO! cream does not deal with limescale. I telephoned the company and requested a brush especially for this very comfy, very expensive WC. They could not supply/recommend nor were they 'bothered'. After just one year, I can see the debris just beyond reach of 2 different shaped WC brushes. It is not a pretty sight. The 'funnel' shape above floor has also some limescale. It Needs a wedge shape to clean not rounded. Any practical advices from other customers to improve hygiene in my home will be appreciated.
Experience? ongoing for past 12 months

The engineer introduced himself he was very pleasant and professional, I felt at ease as we discussed my usage requirements he has set up our unit as requested with a view to returning if I fell adjustments are still required. Very pleased with the outcome

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting…

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mike, our local engineer from Closomat, and I honestly cannot praise him highly enough. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, approachable, and incredibly understanding of our situation.
Nothing was ever too much bother for him. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we fully understood how everything worked. He gave genuinely helpful advice and answered every question with patience and professionalism.

Mike is very easy to talk to and instantly puts you at ease, which makes such a difference. The level of service he provided was truly fantastic — professional, respectful, and delivered with real care.

A real credit to Closomat. Thank you, Mike

Absolutely useless planning team

Absolutely useless. Despite having a pre booked appointment - written confirmation letter. Your engineer took it upon himself to simply cancel the appointment and not turn up or even phone to advise he wouldn’t be attending.
Apparently they are not allowed to send out their complaints policy either!
No manager to speak with or a set timeframe in order for one to get back to us!
All of which should be outlined in their non existent complaints policy!
They do not tell the truth either! Be warned

STILL NO UPDATE

I wrote a review over a week ago stating how unsatisfactory my seat was. I received a reply stating that enquiries were continuing into my comments- but disappointingly, I've still not had an update.

Excellent service and amazing engineer.

The engineer arrived quickly and was a lovely man (I forget his name but said he was the boss and been with the company a very long time)
He did an amazing job and now I have a new toilet. Thank you all so much. I hope you can thank the man for me.

An unbelievably frustrating company to…

An unbelievably frustrating company to deal with. They seem incapable of keeping any of the appointments they make with me (I’ve now been cancelled on by them at least three times, once when I’d waited in all day at my late Mum’s flat). Or they will spring appointments on me at the last minute when I have no realistic chance of getting to the flat in time. I cannot wait until I don’t have to deal with them any more.

Raising some requests

! welcome the opportunity to provide some customer feedback..
A larger water supply for a longer wash
A centrally placed (at the back) wash spout that can be operated to wash forwards/backwards and side to side
A pulse action wash option
A heated seat option would be nice!
