The Closomat toilet was installed as part of a bathroom conversion to a shower room as an aid to my late wife who was suffering from MND. The toilet functioned as required; the warm wash spray and warm air drying were a real benefit. The annual service revealed no problems although the service contract wasn't cheap, but needs must.
The service technician was very good and efficient.

Very gentle friendly and caring approach by the engineer.

The engineer was helpful and thorough after a second visit. The booking system that requires an 8.00am - 5.00pm slot is very poor. At least morning or afternoon should be possible. The telephone agents try to be helpful. Pimlico plumbers may be better on price.

Well organised company, excellent communication and support pre,during and post installation. Quick response to issues, reliable and capable engineers. Very personable to deal with.

Service seemed to comprise a function test only. I reported a noise that occurs after flushing and was told it was connected to the electric heater/fan but this was not investigated.

Good service friendly staff

Michael visited us in Paignton to check the toilet installation. He was polite, prompt, and professional, answering all our questions clearly about ease of use, safe products, and who to contact in an emergency. He put both me and my mum at ease, was very accommodating, and left us confident in using the toilet. Michael is a real credit to Closomat.

The service I get from Clos-o-Mat is excellent, the product is of high quality, robust and reliable. On the face of it the product and servicing does appear expensive but reliability and quality with the assurance of quick problem resolution is priceless.

The product is now working well at the 3rd attempt, the original needed to have the bowl replaced due to a design fault now replaced and following re setting working perfectly. Very pleased

I would leave them no stars if I could! Ok Customer service they didn’t turn up the first time and I got a call from them 1.5 hour before end of day saying engineer was held up had to wait 12 days for another appointment. I was given a morning appointment for next visit when the engineer hadn’t turned up by 11 am I called I was told it would be late afternoon as they had reorganised his route, I told them I wasn’t happy at having to stay in for 2 days and asked to speak to a manager, she said if I wanted to complain there was a procedure and she’d have to cancel my appointment and I’d have to rebook with the manager who “ should “ call me within 49 hours!!
The engineer arrived around 4.30 he was excellent there was a problem and he had to come back the next day but he did all the organising and for his service I would happily give 5 stars But I would never use or recommend tithe customer service
