Through our ethos, we aim to be a sustainable brand that every woman would be proud to support. Levi mystery box never showed up

I have ordered Levi mystery pack on August 31 and still have no items or any update. I emailed them asking for an update after a month and was sent an auto email saying I could request a refund but nothing else. I really wanted to give me them a chance before writing any reviews but this order has taken longer than some of my orders from China. I am really excited to get a pair of Levi jeans so I'm trying to wait it out. I like the idea of the company but the company lacks organisation and doesn't see the issue Infront of them. My advice to them is to pause the website and focus on what is in front before people start a legal case against them.

Loved my blazer boxes

I ordered two mystery blazer boxes and was really impressed with what I recieved 1 Ralph Lauren and 1 Calvin Klein. Such a cool idea as I'm always looking for more sustainable ways to shop.

Good value for money

I ordered a mystery box and although 2 of the items were not to my taste the others were just fine. The 2 items have been donated to a charity shop so I’ve been able to do a good deed as well as get some new clobber at good value for money.

Amazing small sustainable business

Amazing small business giving beautiful vintage at amazingly low prices!

I loved my mystery boxes so much and wear my Blazer all the time, but my favourite item is my reworked jeans!!! My favourite jeans I've had in years 🌞🌞

I 100% recommend

I 100% recommend. I ordered a mystery Levi box from here. The company explained they were a small business and there might be delays with my order and I didn’t mind. I then waited a while and emailed to check my order was coming. Customer service were very quick to come back to me saying they were struggling sourcing my size which I didn’t mind. I am SO impressed with my order when it came, I was surprised they could even get my size in stock. The jeans were in perfect condition and fit perfectly! I love them. I think this is a brilliant sustainable small business which I have now recommended to all my friends!
I don’t know why they seem to be getting a bad reputation because they are fab!

Regarding delays with getting orders out, we’re a small team growing a slow fashion brand, orders have been delayed due to going viral and supplier issues which are out of our control. We have been sending these orders out as quickly as possible and have employed 2 members of staff to help with this.

The extremely low prices of our products reflect the way in which we do practice. Our products are mainly mystery boxes and sometimes we do not have all sizes in stock, which can mean waiting for your size to come in stock. But we do prioritise orders by date, meaning oldest orders get sent out first.

We have had a delay banner on our website for some time, along with ‘pre-order’ product descriptions, explaining that we cannot get your order out straight away.

We would like to remind you that we are not Amazon, we’re a tiny team going as fast as we can whilst still trying to provide a quality service. We feel as though with the amount of emails we’re receiving despite the delay banner on the website that we must choose between providing a quality customer service experience OR quantity and just replying to as many people as possible but not really solving the problem. We want to provide the best customer service experience possible hence expanding our team.

We want to change any negative connotations of our brand and fix any issues. If you could please get back to us with your contact details so we can speak privately it would be appreciated.

Gorgeous sustainable clothing!

Just received my order of designer jeans, vintage accessories and designer knitwear. Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. Can’t believe it’s so cheap and the quality of the clothes!! Can’t recommend Clothes Before Bros enough!! Not only are the clothes fab but also promoting sustainability. Such an amazing concept and will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Highly recommended

I've been going to Clothes before Bros since the first lockdown. The quality, style and customer service has always been the best. Despite all the delays in getting the order because of issues not in their control, I'm never disappointed by my order. Highly recommended.

Took 5 months to get order

Ordered 2 of the Levis mystery boxes in April after seeing a tiktok about them, soon after received an email saying they had delays due to blowing up on tiktok, then another saying a member of the warehouse team had covid, I left it a few months before contacting them to ask where my order was and got an email apologising and offering a refund if I didn't want to wait any longer, eventually at the beginning of September my order was dispatched and arrived a few days later. I'm actually very happy with the jeans, they have genuine Levi tags on and weirdly fit me perfectly! Wouldn't order from them again due to the 5 month delay and was wondering whether I'd been scammed! I just think they need to prioritise customers who ordered from them before they got popular on tiktok

I’ve just had enough now so review time…

I’ve just had enough now so review time it is as warning for others. Ordered in July for me and my daughter. Received the ‘we f**kd up’ email and gave them some more time I totally get it the response from a blow up on tiktok can be over whelming for a small business. But since that email I have tried to contact them a number of times to chase my order, I contacted offering them customer service help and finally for a refund all emails ignored! No response on socials either as they turn off comments as they are usually videos promoting new things on the website.

I am now doing a charge back through the bank. I really hope others read this and don’t purchase. And those that have purchased get a refund!

Such a shame as I really wanted to love them as the concept is great.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. If I could do no stars I would. They ignore emails and delete comments off their TikTok. I’ve been waiting since July for my order and have had no communication and they seem to think it’s a good idea to carry on making new boxes and only sending them out to people who review them on social medial.

I also thinks it’s appalling that when they were hiring they specifically wrote about wanting an employee from a marginalised background. As a black disabled woman I would never work for a company who sends out a job advert like that.

Clothes Before Bros, do better.

Be warned, this company:

- Take your money and then never send you anything
- Ignore all emails asking for updates
- Delete all comments on social media to try and hide their immoral business practices from potential new customers
- Continue to make TikTok videos advertising their items and promoting new lines; while the rest of us wait for months on end wondering if we have been scammed

This company is consistently breaking consumer law with their actions and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Too good to be true. Avoid

Thought it was too good to be true when I first saw the mystery Levis on TikTok. I was right. No responses to emails, no refund, no items but they're still advertising on tiktok and releasing new lines? I think you need to pause everything and sort out your customers still waiting from April.

Find it very telling all comments are off on social media so there's literally no way of warning others or trying to engage with the company.

Don’t expect your jeans or refund to show up

Just like everyone else my ordered never arrived. Place an order back in April and nearly 6 months later nothing. I’ve emailed asking for an update and then a refund which have also been ignored. The company could of been so good especially with promoting sustainable fashion but the way they conduct themselves is embarrassing and unprofessional. I have always been nice in emails etc. but it is ridiculous now so I ended up opening a dispute with PayPal (would suggest anyone else who is struggling do the same). It’s so disappointing the way this turned out especially when they continue you take orders and promote special deals when they haven’t even fulfilled orders from 6 months ago
