Still haven’t received my order or had an reply’s to my emails don’t know what’s happing? As it’s a Xmas present you’d have took my money tho?

Been over a week and I have not received a dispatch confirmation . They don’t reply to your messages. I required the items for my holiday and was not even kept in the loop . Still waiting for more an order and update . I will never use this joke of a company again

ordered 3 items, one item arrived wrong size and other 2 still no idea where they are, 500 pound order for nothing in return.

£263 took but no items! Scamming rat b*stars! Avoid!

Appalling customer service had to get credit card involved to get money back. Ignored numerous emails, messages from myself. 1 item delivered late & the other did not turn up. Could not get replied from anywhere!!!!!

I bought a t shirt but it was the wrong size i tried to cancel my order as it said you could if your item wasnt dispatched and i canceled mine a couple hours after i realized. His customer service is a shambulls ive sent 12 emails and barely heard anything back absolute disgrase of a company, and i also feel its bit of a scam but now ive learned my lesson!

Never received the item! DON’T ORDER FROM THEM! They don’t respond to messages and they delete all negative comments on instagram! STAY AWAY! Trading standards informed!

Paid for items and not delivered, no one respomfingbto multiple messages

Been a week haven’t received my item or tracking number even though I paid for 3-5 days delivery, from recent reviews which I did not check before hand I wouldn’t trust or purchase again.

Unreliable.
No communication.

Worried this is a scam. I purchased a Canada goose jackets 3 weeks ago, it keeps saying order confirmed but nothing has happened since. There is no phone and when I email/ message them on we chat they don’t respond. I have spent hundreds of pounds on this and am now worried it’s a scam. I’m sure you know who I am, please can you respond to my messages before I take more serious action?

Maybe this gets this persons attention because emails just don’t seem to do it, absolutely useless for a response, I have been chasing up my order of two palm angels T-shirts and hoodie which I was told was dispatched and They would send the tracking yet I’m still waiting after 5 days to receive the tracking code or for it to be updated on the website I’m not usually one for going ahead to leaving a bad review but this is just bang out of order either tell me where my parcel is and supply me with the tracking or just refund my money

100% Authentic, was a bit scared by the reviews but it came through so extremely happy! Definitely worth the wait, will definitely be back

Do not trust this guy, brought 2 off white t shirts. Same t shirts but 2 different sizes. Can't send them back because of no return policy and find out that both t shirts are fake. He is a scammer do not buy off him. I'm contacting the bank this week and claiming counterfeit and fraud, good job I payed on credit card god bless the people who have been scammed through debit card.

I bought 2 t shirts one which I received and was great but the other one not received I contacted them after about 10 days to see when the other was arriving I had a reply saying ‘what t shirt send me order number’
Which I did no reply then I sent another message to ask if he was sending the t shirt still no reply so I’ve paid £275 for 2 t shirts and only received one!! Do not use terrible service and will be claiming my payment back via my bank as it’s now been nearly 4 weeks since I placed my order!! NOT IMPRESSED!!! I can share proof of order etc
