Excellent On-boarding

I’m in the process of on-boarding with Cloudbeds. The process has been simple and intuitive and the on-boarding specialist helping me, Raul, has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, efficient and was willing to research solutions for some questions I had that were outside of the norm!

Luis was an excellent collaborator in the implementation of this new tool for our hotel business…

Luis was an excellent collaborator in the implementation of CloudBeds. He was efficient while making sure I understood the steps, and he adjusted to my speed which helped us finish fast. He always responds quickly to our emails as well. 10/10, he represents well the efficient tool of Cloudbeds.

Endless possibilities!

Bryant is very professional

Bryant is very considerate and helpful to us during the onboarding process.
He really try his best to make the whole process as easy as possible.
He is very polite and friendly to us specially when we don't understand the instruction.

Best hotel PMS on the market

We've tried several hotel PMS's and Cloudbeds is the one that stuck, the software is very user friendly they have a professional team that really tries to help and best of all they are constantly improving.
