Sales people will implement a feature that you never agreed to. They will charge you without you knowing You have to email back when you receive a sales email and mention that you are not interested. It happened to me that no answer was turned into a yes by a sales guy ( name withheld by the writer). As a result Cloud bed billing took in total $1661.86 dollars out of my account. The service to talk to management is nonexistent. It feels like you talk to sales staff and are moved from one ticket to an other. Very frustrating . The booking system is good but this company is getting very greedy and expensive. Watch out !!!!

My experience with Cloudbeds so for has been exceptional! The gentleman who introduced Cloudbeds was never pushy, however, he followed up several times over the past two years. We finally were able to join recently. Our Onboard coach Raina was AWESOME!! She was a perfect coach for us. We like the functionality of the program, the reports offered, and the fact the program is not fractured is accessible on any device and has a fair price.

Raul Ramirez has been fantastic to work with over the last two months of onboarding. I have had issues with computer related zoom meeting setup that he helped with on top of training on the Cloudbeds system. I look forward to seeing my reservations increase as well as my revenue.

WARNING: SCAMMERS‼️‼️‼️ NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS SERVICE! I came to them from another software: Smoobu The transfer was unbelievably bad, in this business when we are constantly receiving guests, it would not be possible to drag out the transfer for weeks. When you register, they immediately demand payment of the fee and then inform you that they only met during the first conversation and nothing happens, you have to attend a lot of meetings until they allow full access to join!!! Every single part of the software is very complicated, and at first I was led to believe that everything was fine and dandy, about 5% of it was completed. Constant errors and bad operation, if you want to talk to them you have to make an appointment and you have to adapt to them and you can talk to them when they have time! The live chat is available after authorization, and I have never, ever met such unprofessional people who just sit there in front of a computer and don't even understand what you are asking! You had to work all January to make the system work, you have to participate in a 2-3 hour conversation every day and then you can work on the system all day even then it doesn't work! The mobile app is NOTHING! it can't be used for anything, the answer was that it was released 1 month ago and is still being developed! One word is like a hundred promises, they tell you a lot of fairy tales and gain your trust, and then nothing is as they say! They won't return the money because it's probably my fault, this is their strategy and it was pointless for me to argue! Unfortunately, I didn't look more closely at their reviews all over the internet, even though if I had done that, I wouldn't have been scammed! I will not continue to write all issue, but if you want to work in this industry, just run away from Cloudbeds!!!!!!!! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Where do I start, besides the system being very complicated and not intuitive, the onboarding and support were limited. We kept connecting and disconnecting booking.com because it just created more problems with double booking. I am not saying they did not TRY to support, but it needed to be on THEIR time not ours, and time just kept passing without the system working at all. Eventually, a year passed and they said they would compile the issues so we could finally get the system online. It never happened.
The support guy did say he would extend the timing of the usage since we were not able to get it to work for almost a full year. but then 11 days after that... they charged me in full... without warning, with no email that said "We will be charging you", just a massive charge to my account.
2 hours after the charge I requested a refund explaining that I was not interested in paying for a system we could not use.
Instead of trying to solve the issue, I was grilled on why I wanted to get a refund, so I needed to explain the issues AGAIN. when I explained about not being notified before charging me, they sent me a screenshot of the fine print indicating I had given them permission to charge me without notification. As for the refund, all they could say was that they "forwarded to the relevant team for review"
Still no refund or refund confirmation after 8 and half hours, and I still cannot use the clouddbeds system so... ???

This company is absolutely diabolical the service they provide is literally non-existent when I'm logged out of my account. It's very difficult to reach out to the customer service and also it is very difficult to get a reply from this company, the fees that they charge or extortionate and being a small, Hotelier . We find it. Extremely frustrating to deal with this company Cannot, and will not recommend this company.
We are open to discuss this matter, but the situation is this your company has failed to respond promptly, and anybody who is wanting to use a channel manager must be aware of how you are treating fee paying clients such as ourselves. It is wholly irresponsible of this company to collect money and to provide a shoddy service.
Cannot will not - should recommend this company.

We have been using Cloudbeds for our small B&B for a few years now. It works well for us, although it is a little bit complicated and it always takes a while to train new staff.
No support available if you are having issues with the login, which happened to us. If you can't login, you can't check out guests and process their payment. And if you can't get a hold of support, they leave without paying...

After the initial sales correspondence everything fell apart. The person assigned to facilitate the set up was unresponsive in getting to a mutually agreed upon timeframe. The company was informed of this, but no help. We opted to not go forward and Cloudbeds still is trying to charge us. Even though this was well laid out with our sales person, we've just been shunted over to a billing department that wasn't brought up to speed. Color us significantly less than impressed.
