I just finished a live chat with Sandy Prabowo Sutanto and the help I received was nothing short of fantastic! It was at least an hour and a half live chat with multiple coaching needs to fix our connection with an OTA.
Sandy was patient, clear, and a true expert at the work.
My problem was understood immediately and the solutions communicated before we started the steps. Sandy coached me to complete them on my end as needed.
I also gave Sandy some feedback about the chat box functionality that is very bothersome (it is not movable and stays in one place over your screen) and Sandy knew exactly what I meant and said it's being worked on. Let's hope Cloudbeds gets it better soon. That and a mobile app is what I'm waiting for!
In the meantime, I hope I get Sandy Probowo Sutanto anytime I need help!!

Cloudbeds is easy to manage for almost anyone! But most important is that they have the best onboarding Paul Haussler! It was super efficient, clear, and patient for me to get to really know the program, how it works, and use all the features. Which makes my job now much better and faster; I don't waste more time doing routine work.

I hope my review will help someone like us to do the right choice. We made lots of research with other similar companies to Cloudbeds: we looked at the reviews, prices and tried to get acquainted with the products via the information and videos provided on their websites.
Here is our story. In September 2023 we opened an account with Cloudbeds. Its staff members have all different expertise and are very good at what they are doing.
Sales manager was really good at selling us the product and giving us an overview of their products. Thank you Krit.
The website builder guy has built the website from scratch in days. Enormous work with a quality outcome. Thank you Paul.
And the organisation itself within the company is very smart.
Good advice. Do not use all your sessions that are provided in 1 go. Try to extend as much as you can because questions will rise. Thank you Janice. She was very professional and patient with us because we have never used property management system before: we are novice. We had no time to fail, it should have been perfect immediately and here asap.
NOW. We are connected with lots of platforms now: Airbnb, booking.com, Expedia, etc and they are all integrating with each other. We are fully booked with 95% occupancy. The business itself was on the market for 20 years with 80 % occupancy, once we bought the business the occupancy increased to 95% where 5% is only parking reservations. All 35 apartments are fully reserved.
Overall, we were literally blind not knowing what to do and we are so happy we did the right choice. No issue whatsoever. All our questions are answered on time. Cloudbeds is always upgrading, they are going to launch a mobile version soon. It looks like the company is not for profit, but for businesses because they are investing into the product all the time. The system itself is very advanced and logical.
Overall, the negative comments are mostly relating to communication failures with staff at Cloudbeds because about the product you cannot complain. It is perfect.
It is our main tool throughout the days. We can rely on it.

Cloudbeds is not the company they promote. I have been with them for three months now and am still having issues with the rates being applied via booking.com. I am now cancelling with them many interactions with the support team, but it is still not resolved. I couldn't recommend their poor service

Bryant makes things quite clear when going through the various procedures and actions so the user experience is easier and everythingis understandable.
I did however have an issue with availability and allotment after going live, luckily I remembered what Bryant showed me and could fix it myself.

Cloudbeds works fine. Until you need to talk to someone. Then it all goes pear shaped. Out of office hours there is no living being to talk to. As if hotels and accommodations work office hours only. Here we are on a Saturday morning fighting with a system that is not responsive, expecting guests to turn up and we have to second guess in which room to put them in. Just sending an email or message is not by far any kind of customer support, when you are running a live business.
