Emails Down For Almost 2 Weeks For Customers

Starting this on with "Absolutely Shocking" My customers emails went down on the 17th March and now the 29th March and still not working correctly. With no call backs or updates. As a self employed consultant and having these customers for over 15 years Giacom's LACK of URGENCY has cost me these always happy customers. I would take and will take my I.T resources elsewhere.

Fantastic company with excellent products supported by outstanding service

We have been a Giacom reseller for several years and they are a fantastic company to deal with. The suite of products that they offer are excellent and both technical support and customer service are outstanding. They deal with issues swiftly and professionally and are great to deal with.

Been using them for a number of years but...

Been using them for a number of years. In December '21 they increased the prices by over 60%!
I contacted support and this is no error just their new pricing. This is an obscene increase and will see my now having to go to the trouble to move my clients mailboxes elsewhere to a better company.

Avoid!

Since October 2019 pricing had remained the same for Hosted Exchange however as the costs to provide a secure platform had increased, we were unable to maintain that pricing.
Communication regarding this was sent out via email and letter at the beginning of September to provide an explanation to our customers

Awful company, Dire support.

Awful company, if you require direct assistance from Microsoft you will end up playing pass the ticket between teams in Giacom and you are lucky if your ticket gets to Microsoft within 4-5 days. Avoid them and use a more professional cloud provider.

Looking at your case I can see that it is taking longer than you expect for this matter to be raised to Microsoft.

Microsoft expect that we; and other CSPs investigate and where applicable attempt resolution before we involve them, this will result in escalation being less than immediate, however should we not investigate, Microsoft will send the request back to us and advise investigation take place.
We had raised the issue to Microsoft and I understand that my colleague has discussed this with you on a call explaining that we have requested escalation within Microsoft for this issue.

I do also understand that within our internal escalation process we hadn’t clearly set expectations and gathered information from you in order to conduct our investigations, I apologise for this and assure you we are working to get a resolution to this issue for you.

From Giacom is better than going direct

I love getting my cloud services from Giacom, rather than direct from source. Setting up new services or new customers is really easy, prices are good, often with a smaller commitment required than going direct, and the tech support is amazing.

In all the years I have been dealing with Giacom, I have found their service first class. Better than first class in fact but I can’t think of the right superlative!

Ive worked with Giacom for 4 years with different companies and the service is fantastic, you couldn't ask for more. Even, on the rare occasion there is an issue, its usually with the computer and they do their best to help and every time helped me fix it quickly.

Outstanding support

I have been using Giacom's hosted services for over 8 years now and have always found the support to be excellent but rarely required. I had occasion to request emergency support at 11pm last week when multiple mailboxes for one client started sending out spam. I had a call back within 15 minutes and the problem was quickly identified as being at the client end and I was able to resolve it promptly. Outstanding support and a big thank you to Stefan for getting back to me so quickly even during Covid-19 lockdown.

Great support

I recently had to contact Giacom's tech support team as I had a provisioning issue. I got a very quick response that answered query 100%, no bouncing back and forth. great support, as is generally the case with Giacom.

Giacom's Branded Marketing Materials a big Thumbs UP!!

Giacom have supplied my company with several branded marketing campaign products from web micro-sites, to email and social media postings and laterally printed materials. The process of ordering is very simple and timescales generally around a week or less. Quality of the finished product is very good. The support from staff such as Taz throughout the process has been exemplary. Overall, the Giacom experiance is excellent, they cannot support you enough.
