I'm not too sure about the side…
I'm not too sure about the side sleeping pillow. I even paid extra for a cooling cover however the cover is straight and not curved. I am just not too sure it is comfortable. I bought the other one and it's good. I just need to remember which side is the soft side.
I keep being pestered for reviews so that's why I'm having to write this now. When I'm back from my holiday I will try the pillows some more.

We understand the confusion about the side sleeping pillow and the cooling cover. The ICE cover is designed for the Original pillow, so when it’s used on the Plus pillow with a contour shape, it can feel a bit different in fit and comfort.
Since sleep comfort is very personal and it can take some time to get used to a new setup, we offer a 100-night trial. This gives you plenty of time to test everything properly once you're back from your holiday. If it doesn’t feel right, you can always return it free of charge.

Amazing pillow and amazing service
I ordered the pillow and was just amazing as mentioned in the advert. When I washed my pillow in the washing machine which I should not have it damaged the pillow. I emailed the company and was just amazing to hear that they will send a new one. The process was so easy and the pillow is just amazing as now I do not get headaches or stiff neck anymore. I would highly recommend the pillow.

Pillow arrive quickly and was packaged well. As with all new pillows the first night was strange but after that it was great to sleep on. Due to old neck injury can be difficult to get a supportive pillow, I have kept all the components together. I will be interested to see if this support continues after a few months

A great topper/conformter! Sleeps great
I was hesitant to buy a comforter/topper on line. The reviews and the web site convinced me. I am pleasantly surprised and it was like magic to see this little package blow up when unwrapped. I let it sit 72 hours and have now slept on it for 1 week and am very happy. Would highly recommend. Fast and reliable service.

Pillow fiddling
Pillow closest to my needs when used with just the micro fibre layer in the case.
Shredded memory foam layer was far to high for me. I cannot abide lying with my neck at a 45° angle in bed. Had to remove virtually all the foam to make it usable.
1 star off for price - not cheap.

So far I had the pillow for 2 months…
So far I had the pillow for 2 months and it's quite comfortable. It does not make back of my head hot and sweaty. What's good is you can take out the sponge inside and adjust to your liking.

Better Sleep, Quieter Nights
I’ve been using the Cloudpillo Plus for a while now, and the comfort level genuinely surprised me. The pillow feels soft at first, but it still gives enough support to keep my neck aligned properly. You can tell it’s designed to adapt to your head and sleeping position, whether you’re on your back or side.
What stood out the most for me is how much it improved my breathing at night. Since switching to this pillow, my snoring has noticeably reduced. I wake up feeling more refreshed, and I’m not getting that dry throat feeling anymore, which used to happen a lot before.

When I ordered my cloud pillows I thought they would be delivered in a timely manner. The first was delivered still waiting for the second. Last time I checked it was on the way from china not happy.

Asked to review before delivery – not acceptable
The ordering experience has been quite disappointing so far.
There was no timely shipping confirmation or tracking information, and customer support only provided automated responses without real assistance.
On top of that, I was asked to review the product before even receiving it, which is quite inappropriate.
This raises concerns about the overall customer experience.
