Thank you for your review. We do want to clarify that in this case only one pillow was added to the order during the 1+1 promotion, so the offer was not applied correctly at checkout.
After you contacted us, the first response understandably caused frustration. That is not the experience we want to give. Our colleague then reviewed the situation and still helped by sending the second pillow free of charge, even though this was not what had originally been placed in the order.
So we do feel it is important to mention that we did think along with you and solved it by arranging the extra pillow at no additional cost.
If there is still anything not right, please let us know so we can look into it further.

I had the original cloud pillow and…
I had the original cloud pillow and upgraded to the new one on the buy one get one free deal and gave the other to my husband who snoring was horrendous on scale of 1-10 of loudness his snoring was 10. Since getting the pillow his snoring has gone down to a 2. This pillow is a miracle worker.

This company needs better customer service
Edit - they finally replied with a return label. After days of waiting. I tried to return 2 pillows, their website wouldn't generate returns labels, and now it seemed impossible to return them because NOBODY replies to emails or answer the phone.
