I really wish I'd checked this company out before buying from them. I got a few 'kloud' slides (with a k) in the past and was always very happy. The similarity of name and profile confused me, so I was dismayed at the products when they arrived (eventually). Firstly, I thought I was ordering from a UK company but the stuff is made in China and judging by the length of time re delivery, shipped from there too. I ordered two pairs of different shoes, both is size UK 9.5-10. One was the right size but looked quite different to what I'd ordered: only approximately a similar style. I decided to keep them, even though I really don't like them. The other pair was too small, size UK 7-8. I contacted customer services immediately to arrange a replacement and have had several replies back, sometimes only after my reminding them. This was entirely their mistake and yet they seem to expect me to pay for it. I've tried my best to be pleasant about this but their offer yesterday was to let me keep the wrong ones and send new ones in the right size, if I paid postage. I reluctantly agreed to this and asked how much that would cost. £13.99! Their standard postage is £3.99. Their customer services are obviously instructed to make returns extremely frustrating and difficult. I can understand them not wanting to deal with customers buying lots of shoes and sending them back on a whim. I didn't do this. I have kept the pair that was styled differently, because it fit. I have merely been trying to get a replacement for the pair that was the wrong size: all their fault. There should be no question of my having to pay a penny for them to rectify their mistakes. I have now given up and asked for a refund. I suppose there will be another few emails back and forth for me to get my rights out of this company, but after that I will never deal with them again.

If I could give it a minus score I would. They are based in the UK, their office might be bit they ship all from China, any returns have to be sent back to Iowa which costs you £9.99. They are not careful about what they send you, so wrong colour, wrong size. They do not accept responsibility and will never refund you. Appalling customer service. Go elsewhere please.

Their website say UK based in London. They say express delivery. I ordered from them rather than 1/3rd price on amazon bc I didn't want the environmental impact of ordering from China.

Next thing I know get a tracking number saying shipped from China and delayed so not arrived 10 days later ( or indeed left China) and they will not cancel order or refund.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Same as everyone else! Wrong size sent! Ordered a 5, got sent a 6, way too small! After having to send photos of the product THEY SENT ME!!! I was told it would be very expensive for me to return them but they said to keep them and they would send me another pair for free. In the next sentence told me I’d have to pay for shipping of them!?!? Total waste of money! Disgusting that they get away with this!!

Same as everyone else. Took ages to arrive from China, were too small when they did get here, no chance of returning cos it would cost the same that I paid for them. Pretty sure the online reviews are faked.

edit: Don't fall for the reply below. I've been through a week and a half of being diverted by the "customer support" team. Basically they stall you and try to put you off asking for a refund. No help at all. Do not give these people your money, might as well throw it out the window.

SCAMMERS not a UK Company!!!!! Although their website gives an address in London, faulty goods, wrong colour sent from China! Wanted to return but the cost to return £28.99 to Ohio!!! 2 x pair of slippers cost £45.99 both faulty! Fake reviews on their website, lots of the same pictures posted by different!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY!!!

rubbish! I bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas. She used for 16 days and the sole broke in half- company refuse to refund and like everyone else on here, they say they will send a replacement but not until you have paid £8.99 postage costs! Returns are at own cost to an address in Iowa With no guarantee of a refund!

I ordered Clouds Slides Slippers in size 38 - 39, they are more like a size 36-37, one of the slippers has a dirty sole and appears to have been worn previously and the stitching is very raw - overall appearance of goods that cost very much less to make than they are sold for. I have contacted the company to request a refund but they are now asking for photos. I suspect this is £22 that I may as well have just dropped in the bin.

Appalling and wish I had read these reviews before I bought. They tried to make me buy more to ‘resolve this’- absolute joke.

I’ve just suffered the same issue. I think they deliberately send the wrong size to get more money out of you. No where does it say it is coming from China. They ignored my first emails, and now I’ve had multiple exchanges where I must pay for the return. Total scam. I’m going to report them in Instagram and Facebook too as I bought them from an ad.

Their reviews are obviously fake (and bad reviews hidden). Do not buy from this shop as you will regret it, Their sizes are wrong and not as advertised and the customer service is a joke. If you have to buy from here use a credit card so when you realize how incorrect and crap they are you can get a refund though you will need to go through your credit card company as their customer service is rubbish.
you are not required to pay to return the items if they are incorrect/not as advertised or not fit for purpose. it is the company's responsibility to pay to return them and either refund you or to send you the correct items. you should not be paying for their incompetence.

I would honestly give zeros stars if I could. This company is running a sophisticated scam. I bought two pairs of shoes and they took a long time to arrive. Finally, they cane and wrapped in a plastic bag instead of shoe boxes which I found bizarre. Then tried on and sizes were completely wrong. One pair too big and the other too small. I asked for a refund and they asked for photos. Then tried to convince me that they would send a new pair of shoes for free if I paid the shipping costs. Another scam to try and keep my money. I pushed further for a refund and they gave me an address in Iowa to return the items to (even though the return address on the package is in London!) Shipping costs are almost the same as they shoes and utterly dishonest of the company to use co.uk and advertise themselves to be UK based. Never fallen for a scam like this before but determined to contact my bank and trading standards to investigate. If nothing else, hopefully our banks can ban future transactions from this place.

I can’t believe I have been ripped off like everyone else - so gutted - inferior cheap and nasty slippers which I thought I was buying from a UK company. You live and learn.

Tried to return shoes for refund but they wanted me to receive a discounted refund despite the shoes being unsuitable to wear because of a fault with a strap . Demanded a refund so they sent me instructions to return to a industrial unit next to a car warehouse in Lowa USA
I doubt anyone would be there to receive the shoes so they’d be lost and I’d not get a refund. I have contacted Trading Standards as they are registered as a uk company I’m waiting for a response and ask everyone who has been scammed by Cloudslide to contact Trading Standards, BBC anyone who can warn folks NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT A UK COMPANY, the shoes are sub standard but expensive so DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT

Not a U.K. website. They use a U.K. address and do not inform you that you are buying from China (no one in their right mind would ship slippers half way across the world). The quality is poor and not worth the money, size is small as others say. Return address in Iowa they wanted 9.99 and they offered replacement but honestly the quality is not worth the money. The website does inform you that you pay return shipping costs but I feel the company weren’t transparent about their location, I did read this but figured that if it’s in the U.K. return shipping won’t be that much money so I took the risk

Sent me the completely wrong size and wanted me to pay £13.99 for them to send another pair in the right size, they weren’t very helpful at all and definitely just wanted to fob me off. Don’t recommend at all

I ordered a pair of slippers, it took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive, (Despatched from China) the incorrect size was sent, and the quality was poor, I requested a refund and was asked to return the slippers to an address in Canada, at my expense, I pointed out that this would cost more than the slippers cost in the first place, and despite numerous emails, I get the same reply” I appreciate your frustration but we do not have an address in the UK to return” . Basically unless I return the slippers I won’t get a refund 😡😡😡😡
