One star is awarded purely on Clouds Slides Return policy article on their site, which I read before considering purchase. It is prescriptive and unrealistic, and I'm not sure if it actually clashes with consumer rights regarding defects that appear after 14 days - their own company policy.

It seems to be the thing they do, send faulty, substandard shoes and then refuse to refund unless you rerun items to china that are allegedly from a uk company.
The website is fake advertising. Do not be duped by them.
The footwear is shocking poor quality and I now have to go through my bank for a refund.
They offered me 50% discount to keep the shoes and either use or give away!
Refuse to refund or replace unless you pay to return to china or Iowa

Despite saying on their website they’ll issue a return they refuse to issue me a return. The shoes are super cheap/low quality and super clunky—they look like clown shoes. Told me they’d give me 75% off on another item, I told them I didn’t want to spend more money on another item. Then they said they’d ship me another pair of shoes free. I said I didn’t want another pair of shoes but to just return the poor quality ones I originally bought. And they still refuse to issue a refund.

Had an issue with my order and emailed customer service . They responded quickly and sorted the issue for me and refunded part as a gesture of goodwill.

Do not buy from this company. They ship cheap, faulty goods from China. I am still chasing for a refund. I have sent 60 emails…replies are AI! I am now asking my bank to investigate…This is false advertising! The slippers were faulty and actually dangerous to wear! I wish I had read the reviews here before throwing £46 away!

Do not buy from this company. Their slippers are poor quality and they purport to come from an address in London but this is a CHINESE set-up and it’s not good. The website is completely misleading.

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I ordered. I placed an order on 5th September and for 3 weeks they sat in China despite stating express delivery. They arrived in the UK a week ago and the order status shows multiple deliveries on dates and times when I was home. No courier note left and nobody is replying to the support email address. I eventually found that they were left at the Royal Mail delivery office and that the multiple missed deliveries were fake. I have finally received size 40-41 slippers when I order size 37-38. I have emailed the company multiple times to see how to return them as no information is in the package. I eventually got an address in China and the US and told to post them with tracking and only on receipt will I receive a refund. Unfortunately the postage cost is the same cost of the slippers. I have requested a shipping label and am now being ignored. Reading other reviews the company consistently sends out the wrong size and then refuses to refund or just ignores the request.

Was sent the incorrect item. I am now being totally ignored about how to proceed. Can’t contact anybody to get a refund

SCAM SCAM SCAM please di not buy from this company...I've been waiting 9wks for a pair of slippers. Thankfully I paid via PayPal who gave me a refund.

I wish I'd have seen these reviews before buying. I saw plenty of positive reviews on the webiste, I didn't expect them to be so brazen with the false advertising. The product I received was nothing like the version online, cheap knock off versions and they refuse to refund unless you pay to send it back to them in America or China (I'm from the UK). Do not buy!

I ordered some sandals that never arrived & I emailed to let them know asking for them to be sent or a refund. I had a response initially saying they would look into it since then I have heard nothing & not had a refund or my sandals. I would say don't use them they do not seem to be reputable. I am unhappy to have been taken advantage.

Nice enough slippers but I ordered a 5 and received an 8. I decided to return them and was told I'd have to pay postage (no address on website) and, despite this supposedly being a UK company, return was to Iowa or China, both ridiculously expensive. I pointed out it was their mistake then I was offered another pair 'just pay the shipping costs' which I have declined. I don't have the energy to argue any more, so I will simply take a hit on these and give them away. I wish I'd read other TrustPilot reviews before I ordered - that's a lesson learned!

Do not buy from this company. Bought size 6 slippers for my husband they came size 9. These are slippers from Temu. When I emailed the company saying I wanted a refund I was told until they receive them I wouldn’t get a refund. I was given an American address and Chinese address to return them and postage was at my expense. Until they received them I wouldn’t get a refund. Absolutely scam site. I’m totally disgusted.

If I could give minus stars it would be more appropriate. Shocking service, cheap tacky items which are completely unlike the website description. I am still battling for a refund a month after paying to return the items to China!
My next step is reporting to Trading Standards and seeking support from my credit card provider.
Absolutely diabolical, very stressful experience

They lied about return policy online, you have to pay return shipping. Also, they make it hard to find out how to contact customer service. Their sizing info was also wrong.

If I could give no stars I would, this company is not in the UK despite its name I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in a size 8.5, they both came up smaller than a size 8! More like a size 7, so I wanted to return, but I could only return to the US or China as the 'UK address is no longer in use' which would have cost me approximately the price of one pair of trainers! I don't trust them to return both and get compensated so basically have lost £56

Having previously ordered from Cloud slides and been happy, I ordered three more pairs. This is where they showed themselves to be a scam company.
They sent me the sandals but in the wrong size, when I asked to return them they tried to charge me £28.99 postage. When I said they shouldn't be charging me for their mistake, they said I could keep the wrong sized sandals ( very useful, not!) and just pay for the replacements to be sent out, again £28.99 and they only wanted to send me two pairs. Finally got a refund but no where near the cost I had paid. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this company is a disgrace.

Ordered an item on the 6th of August. Haven’t received my item. I have emailed the company 4 times and the situation has still not been resolved. Would never recommend or order from here again.

Over priced, ill fitting and seems to be a scam. I need my money back but seems that is made as difficult as possible. Perhaps the ombudsman can help.
