They sell products from TEMU for four times higher price. They took so long to my delivery of flip flops. Nearly one month exactly the time TEMU takes to deliver. I paid £21.50 for £3.80 TEMU price.Scammers. PayPal support many of them and no use to place trust on pay pal either.

Scam company! Avoid at all costs!
I ordered some sandals in a size 4. I received completely different sandals that I had ordered and in a size 5!
When I raised the issue with the company they said I had to cover the cost of return postage which was £12 despite this being their error! This was 50% the cost of the shoes.
The company said they cannot guarantee you always receive what you have ordered (it does not state this anywhere in their terms and conditions) and they offered me a 20% refund! Or said if I wanted a replacement I had to over the cost of postage and they weren’t able to guarantee I would receive what I had ordered!
Absolutely terrible company, and the shoes are of very cheap quality! Could get better shoes on Shein for a lot less money!

Before i wrote this, i thought i would go through the reviews first. Funny how most of the positive ones have only 1 review to their account and have muslim sounding names. Considering The Owners are british muslim. This information is all freely available through companies house. Trading under WT RETAIL LTD. They have no office, warehouse or stock! They are a drop shipping company. This is why they want you to pay for returns to China or America (which is not their warehouse. Already been in touch with this address) to put you off returning the item. I'm not going to go through why i'm unhappy with this company as a customer. I'm collecting all my information for trading standards to submit to them. This review is to just warn other potential buyers not to buy from them

Terrible terrible company
Terrible terrible company. Firstly, i did receive my sliders but they were poor quality so i wanted a refund. I paid for shipping to america MYSELF and it has now been TWO months since the sliders arrived at their warehouse and I am yet to get the refund. I've contacted them countless times and, whilst they respond, they always just say "when the warehouse team confirms they have the product we will refund you". Refund me my butt. I bought them in February, same day as they were delivered to me I begun the refund process. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Bought some flat shoes without checking the reviews which is unusual for me. They let you believe that they're based in the UK. They're not. The shoes took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and were too late for the occasion that I wanted them for. When they arrived, they were a size 4, I ordered size 6. Their response to putting their mistake right was for me to pay the shipping costs for the correct size to be sent to me. I emailed and asked for a returns label to be sent to me as I refused to pay for their error. Long story short, after 4 weeks of back and forth with incompetent, clueless idiots who appeared to share 1 brain cell between all of them. I'm £40.00 out of pocket and stuck with 2 pairs of new shoes that will be going in the charity bin.
This company are total cowboys who know nothing about customer service. Please, please avoid them at all costs!!

This is a really bad company
This is a really bad company. Do not waste your money dealing with them.
Before Christmas I ordered and paid for a size 5 pair of slippers. They sent a 4.5 pair which I returned and gave proof of postage at the end of December. Endless emails with pathetic excuses have not resulted in either a refund or the correct size slippers being sent. It is now 11 April and I have still not heard anything. They cannot be trusted.

Stand clear of this company.
Stand clear of this company! Ordered two pairs of slippers on the 1st of March, through their website and paid over £43. Had to contact them a week later giving all the details of the order because we didn't hear anything. Replied 2 days later asking for the details of the order (!?) which we did. We were told they would look into it.
3 days later a parcel arrived containing ONE pair of slippers. Sent from Southall by Post 48h... We wrote again asking about the over slippers. No reply. The quality of the slippers is dreadful! So we asked about returning the one pair of slippers for refund of both. The answer was that it would be very expensive as the parcel had to be sent to the USA!
After complaining and presenting their company policy for returns, which makes all sorts of false promises, we asked for a UK address for return and total refund. That was around 20th of March.
We've been ignored ever since.
