Really bad technique support
Really bad technique support. The ladie hang on me because she said it was not their problem but my internet. Even if she was right, you don't treat customer like that. I was not yelling at her, i was just confuse. That was really rude.

Awful service
Awful service I was with them for my small business for 2 years and I ended up selling my business they told me I have contract and I had to pay 500$ penalty or in order to wave the penalty I had to refer a customer to them I did and they told me I’m of the contract and I could cancel no problem I did and the customer I referred decided to cancel with them after I did and that wasn’t my responsibility to keep that customer and then they told me I have to pay after they sent me a email about waving the penalty I’ve called several times and they did nothing and no one took responsibility
Please please go with a bank at least if any problem there is a place to go to and perhaps someone to talk to

Good service
Clover provides no timely technical support
Clover technical support team takes atleast a week to fix any minor issue or technical fault in your POS system and leave your business with no way to sale unless one go and puchase Square or some other temporary alternative.
I reported that my POS showing Inactive on 30th June (Friday), was told it will get fixed in 2 business days (while businesses using POS run 7 days), on Tuesday was told we need 2-3 business days and yesterday (4th business day), system still not activated. Now Sat and Sun they don't work so that will leave us with 9 days without active terminal.

DO NOT TRUST CLOVER! After filling out their contact form I spoke with Nayeib. He asked for my monthly processing statement to compare rates. I was hesitant to provide as I am providing confidential and sensitive documents. I have not heard from him since. I called, left voice mails, emails and still to this date, NOTHING! How convenient he has my processing statement rates FREE of charge. WHAT A SCAM and WHAT A JOKE!

Horibble customer service
Pretty bad customer service. The sales representative pretends she knows everything but at the slightest inconvenience she pulls herself out of the situation and twists her words to make it seem like the customer is wrong. I hope she actually gets a warning of some sort or gets taught how to dead with other people. Then moving on to the actual general customer service through the phone :| phone quality is absolutely horrible, and this by no means is meant to make fun of anyone but I genuinely cannot understand their accents whatsoever. This section also tends to (at the slightest inconvenience) just cut the line or hang up in your face when they can’t do what you’re asking or when what you’re asking is “not acceptable” or “hard” or any of that sort. Other than that, as a machine it’s pretty easy to use nothing else to add really. If I had a time machine, I would’ve never went with this company.
