Worst experience at a cash way ever

Worst experience at a cash way ever! Scratches all over my car. When I brought it to their attention right away they did not care. We made a claim and they would not do anything despite the scratches matching right up to where the brushes bash into the car. Very aggressive wash. I would not recommend.

Bad customer service

My husband and I used to have the MVP car wash membership. We found that we weren't using it enough to justify $44 plus per month and now only pay per wash as needed. Today we used a different club car wash location at 831 NW 25th St, Topeka, KS. When we pulled up, Jersey came out to the car and I asked for an MVP wash, she replied, have you thought about a membership, I said yes, we used to have one but.....and she walked away to her booth. Came back out with the total and I gave her cash. She said thank you and walked away. I asked if we could have some towels and she gave me a dirty look while handing them to me. No receipt given. We pulled into the wash and I noticed right away that they weren't spraying our tires and that the board was lighting up as a "rookie" car wash. I went thru the wash and pulled back around to the booth to talk with "Jersey". I explained that we had NOT gotten an MVP wash. She said, you want to talk to the manager? I said, that first I wanted my receipt. She said you are holding up the line and messing everything up by coming back thru here. She told me to pull around and go into the office and ask for either Brody or Mike if I wanted. I pulled around and came into the office. A young kid came out of the office and puffed his chest up to me and said, yea, how can I help you. I asked for the manager and he replied what happened. I said, are you the manager and he said yea. I didn't believe him so I asked for his business card and told him I didn't think he was the manager as he was dressed just like one of the workers. AND then another man came out of the office dress different with a black top on said, and rudely said, how can I help you. I asked his name and he said, Mike. I explained the entire situation to him and he asked for my receipt, he said that someone else had bought a rookie wash and then left so that messed everything up and I only got the rookie wash. Not sure how he knew this since no one had talked to him about this situation until I did. About that time, the cashier, Jersey, came in and gave me a dirty look, then she and Brody went into the office together. the "manager" Mike, asked for my receipt, went to the computer and put in some numbers and then handed it back to me and said, your card has been refunded the charge. I was in disbelief and said, I didn't pay with a card, I paid cash. He grabbed the receipt and stormed out of the office and returned a few minutes later with the cash and my receipt. He handed them to me and said, is there anything else?. I said, no. He said, we don't appreciate you coming to our business and being rude to us. You can leave now! I did leave and went to the car where my husband, who is a lawyer was waiting. BEWARE when using a drive thru car wash that they might be scamming you by having you pay for the MVP wash and only giving you the ROOKIE. No doubt, they were mad because they got caught scamming ME. I won't use this location every again. I will use my tried and true location on Topeka Blvd. They treat everyone with respect. Jersey, Brody and Mike, please find another position as customer service is NOT your thing.

For all my friends in Northside San…

For all my friends in Northside San Antonio I would like to tell you about my HORRID Experience with Club Car Wash by Dominion. I’ve used them for years since they opened that location and had a membership when I drove my F150. Continuing my membership for my 2024 F250 since January I noticed a small dent on hood not realizing where I was when it occurred, and had it repaired. Next time I went through Club Carwash a dent in same place as before happened. I immediately went by Club Carwash the next day from when I noticed it and filed a claim. A month later I’m notified they are not paying claim for it being pre-existing damage. After multiple emails and conversations with Shelby the Claims agent and her supervisor they claim their equipment wouldn’t cause damage and if it did it would have larger dent..? It isn’t about the money it’s about the principle of companies serving customers should do the right thing. This company does not. I now use Leon Springs Carwash on Boerne Stage Rd, and no damage to hood.
If you have an “oversized” vehicle, I would urge you to STRONGLY reconsider using a vendor who will damage your property and then be disrespectful and dismissive of any concern their loyal customers have.

Hand wash is the way, not club wash!!

I wish I had thought about this before going to this car wash. My left rim was damaged at the place. First, of all you can't see pulling in due to water and soap. They have little kids guiding you in. I have alway been motioned to move to the right. I recently had to back all the way out and have other people back out. I filed a claim a few days ago. Of course it was denied there is a sign posted 24 time frame to report that's is a bunch of crap!! The caller tried to make like he did me a favor going back to the 17th of April. I will never take my expensive car to their trash car wash. I read so many reviews I would like to do a class action lawsuit.

Car damaged, Claim denied, Car over 7 years old?

My 2016 SUV in excellent condition went through the car wash, and afterwards one of my rear reflectors was missing. I filed a claim with a very nice and friendly attendant (that's why I gave 2 stars). A few days later, I received an email disallowing my claim because the company will not accept responsibility for any damages if the car is more than 7 years old. I never saw a sign and nobody made me aware of this policy. They stated that because of the nature of plastic and how it ages, they cannot determine that it was the car wash that caused the loss.
Let's just say I will never use a Club Car Wash again!

After having my car washed

After having my car washed, I drove home thinking it was a good experience. Two weeks later I noticed black, tar-like substance on my wheels and lower panel from the front to the back tire. I immediately washed my car but ruined 2 sponges and a bucket trying to get the substance off my car and wheels. I called Club Carwash and talked to a customer service representative who told me that I had to file a claim at the site within 24-48 hours. Apparently, they do not have confidence in their system since you tell people they have to file a claim in 1-2 days. Since it was about 2 weeks, it would not apply to me. I told the representative that I wanted to be reimbursed for my sponges and bucket since it was your fault. She said that I would have had to file a claim in 24-48 hours, thanks for calling and have a good day and then hung up. I have friends that told me that they had the same experience at the Green Mount Commons carwash in Belleville. I washed my car again today and found the tire substance still on my wheels. This is the worst car wash I have ever had and have been telling my friends about the poor quality and customer service that they have. If you continue to have your car washed at this location, you deserve what they are doing to your car.

This car wash will damage your vehicle…

This car wash will damage your vehicle and they will not accept responsibility for any damages if your car is more than 7 years old. They try to cop-out by saying the plastic piece was already broken or that it was due to the plastic being too old and brittle. Bottom line, I went in with a vehicle in perfect condition and came out with a broken tail light. I have filed a complaint with my local BBB and will never use them again.

They had a sign posted out front saying we are hiring. I went up to the manager and said I need a job and he looked me up and down and said we are not hiring. He totally thinks iam to old to wash cars. Age discrimination at its finest. I said then take down the sign if u r not hiring.

Basic "Rookie" carwash increased from…

Basic "Rookie" carwash increased from $7 to $10 just like that; an increase of 43% and the quality of the wash is worse. Capitalism is based on what the market will bear; but what Clubcarwash is charging is egregious and indecent. There is no valid reason for this kind of escalation other than pure greed; the inflation factor is your corporate selfishness.

I recently had a highly unpleasant…

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Car Wash Club, that has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I initially joined the club with the expectation of receiving quality car wash services at a reasonable price. However, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite.

First and foremost, I was shocked to discover that Car Wash Club implemented an unexpected price increase without providing adequate notice. This sudden change left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of as a loyal customer. It is unacceptable for a company to raise prices abruptly without properly informing their customers in advance, especially considering the financial commitment involved in membership.

To add insult to injury, I was further disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Car Wash Club's staff. Upon expressing my concerns regarding the price increase, I encountered a rude and dismissive attitude from the customer service representatives. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and understanding, they exhibited a complete lack of respect by laughing at my dissatisfaction. This disrespectful behavior only served to exacerbate my frustration and solidify my decision to discontinue my membership with Car Wash Club.

Furthermore, it is disheartening to see that Car Wash Club offers a generous 50% discount to new customers, while disregarding the loyalty and patronage of existing members. This approach contradicts the principles of fair business practices and demonstrates a lack of appreciation for long-term customers.

In conclusion, my experience with Car Wash Club was marred by unprofessional conduct, an unexpected price increase, and a complete lack of customer service. I cannot recommend this car wash club to anyone based on my negative encounter. I hope Car Wash Club takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to rectify their shortcomings in order to provide a more satisfactory experience for their customers in the future.

Fine Scratches all over the hood, window pillar and sides

I went through hoping to just get all the salt off the car from the previous snowstorm.
After my First time through the car wash...
I stopped to pick up a couple things at the store and immediately saw the fine scratches on the edge of my hood and the window pillar, as well as near the wheels.
And to top it all off there was still bug guts on the
front of my car.
I drove back into town to put in a claim.
They denied it today.
As others have said, I wish I had read reviews before going thru the Club Car Wash...damage to my vehicle and less than clean car.

Too high of cost with low effective wash

First I went in for a basic wash which has been 7$, that day it went up to 10$ and then the back of my car was not clean, it was still dirty. I was told from cooperate to return and speak to the manager. Not impressed. Too bad as this car wash is close to my home. It will be worth the extra drive to go to a hopefully better car wash.

They don’t have a Zero Star option…If you belong to Club Carwash take a close look at your car. I have a 2024 Outlander I recently joined Club Carwash right after I washed my car I have tiny scratches all over. I filed a claim with them immediately 5 minutes after washing. But they will not fix it. Beware of club Carwash they are a pretty terrible company. I’ve noticed in the reviews a pattern of them not taking responsibility. Do your research people. Customers complain and they say “thank you for your business.” I also left comments on their facebook page that they removed and blocked me from seeing. I had to check from another fb acct to see just how unethical these people really are. My advice file a BBB complaint. They can’t take those down

The horrible wash…

The ONLY reason they get two stars is because of the staff that actually work at the car washes are nice and professional.

Their Corporate people... That's another story. I called back in August 2023 because I had unused monthly memberships and they mailed me a gift card. I never received the gift card. I called them and they said they would make a note and reach out to me about cancelling the gift card and reissuing me another one. I don't receive any voicemail and I call back around Sept 5th and they tell me that they see a note that the gift card re-issued and mailed to me on Sept 4th. I'm like... cool. I should get it within a couple weeks. I call on Oct 24th inquiring because I still have received no gift card. They tell me they'll make a note and have someone call me. Today I get a call from Naseem from Club Carwash. She tells me that on Sept 4th, she tried to call me twice, however, the line disconnected. She then proceeds to tell me that her employee made a mistake by telling me on Sept 5th that a new gift card was mailed and that it had not yet been re-issued because she (Naseem) wanted to make sure with me that I never got a gift card (Even though I already called stating I never got it and she had information on her end showing the gift card had not yet been activated). She then tells me that she left no voicemail because the two calls disconnected and anymore calls to me would be considered excessive on her end so she made no more attempts to contact me. So basically thank goodness I reached out now when I did or I would have never heard from them again. What's worse is that Naseem then tells me she will not be issuing me another gift card because now the gift card has been used. She said the gift card was used on Sept 15th. If they would have just listened to me originally... the gift card could have been canceled and re-issued but since they decided not to cancel it, and because they made no additional calls (because its "excessive") to reach out to me and because the employee incorrectly told me the new gift card had been shipped, she makes the decision to tell me that she will not re-issue a new gift card to me. Then has the audacity to tell me that the gift card was used the same day that I brought my Lincoln in for wash (My Lincoln was already on a membership). It was like she was accusing me of the possibility that I brought my car in and then brought another car in to be washed. The fact that this was even said to me when I was trying to get the gift card canceled well before the gift was ever used is baffling. I was going to sign my other vehicle up and have two cars on their membership. Because of this, I canceled my Lincoln membership with her on the phone and she didn't even hesitate. She didn't care that she lost a customer that would have had two vehicles on the account. I'm not sure if this is a bad company or just a bad employee but it seems like there is no resolution here and because of that it seems another company will receive my business.
