Terrible customer service!
I have been a big fan of the Club Carwash ever since a location opened near me. However, my car was recently damaged while going through the car wash and my claim has still not been reviewed. It has been three weeks! I am very disappointed in the customer service of Club Carwash Corporate. The gentleman that assisted me in retrieving the part that fell off of my car and submitted a claim for me was very helpful and told me I would hear something in 3 or 4 days.
That has not happened. I have called multiple times and have gotten nowhere.
Very disappointed. They have lost a good customer. I will not be going back.

Their claims it the worst
Their claims it the worst. My Truck got damaged and due to it being over 7 years old (which is in perfect condition with no damages) they will not be pay for the damage done by the attendant and the manager who pulled a piece of the molding off as well. Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them as well. I wanted to give no Stars but had to chose one. They don't deserve any stars at all.
