The response to our query was quicker than we anticipated. The assistant was very pleasant and dealt with our query very efficiently.

We booked and paid a deposit for a ski trip to Grand Massif in France on 29 November 2022 for travel inApril 2023. Soon after we got news that a close family member is seriously ill and we were not going to be able to make the trip. I have been trying repeatedly to contact Clubmed for over 20 times but cannot get through to the call centre despite holding on the line for 45mins at a time. I have also emailed to request a refund as it was more than 90 days before our trip and have still not had a response. Today there was a deduction off my account despite requesting a refund.
The service is awful! Please can someone from Clubmed address this or I will be taking legal action.

I could not book online and was referred to a call manager that took 25 mins to get to. She could not get all my details of my booking, was obviously working from home with the noise in the background but she was pleasant and helpful. It previously took me hours to try to book the trip online and I almost gave up.
I should be able to talk to a call manager within 5 minutes for the prices I paid. I was sent 3 different invoices. The site gives no indication when sales will end. I was not given the option of a paying a deposit. I made all these comments to club med a day ago and have received no reply.
I hope my holiday is worth the money.
The whole experience was fantastic. Our children, Molly aged 7 and Elizabeth aged 5 had the best holiday they ever had. Especial thanks to Margeaux from the mini club who was lovely and our children adored her. Thanks to Olivier from ESF from David.

Still no refund… or even a date given for the refund.
ClubMed…. WHEN will I be receiving my refund for the holiday YOU cancelled?
We've skied with Club Med on a few occasions, therefore, our knowledge helped the booking process. However, we had a few questions before booking. Therefore, we decided we should ring ClubMed, but, despite ringing a few times, on the 3rd January, we failed to get through on each occasion and we were on hold for over 30 minutes on each call. In the end we booked without getting the information we needed. I rang, first thing this morning, and got through straight away but of course the offers would have gone by then.
I was told there were a lot of staff off on leave, but it would have been better to make sure when special offers were running that there were plenty of staff available to answer the calls.
I booked a skiing holiday for two people in Sept 2022 but we are now unable to travel and, according to ClubMed T&Cs, I first phoned them then e-mailed to cancel the holiday on 8th Nov 2022. The T&Cs say that the date of cancellation is taken as the date your e-mail is received by them and I received an automated acknowledgement of receipt the same day but I have not received documenatary confirmation of cancellation. Since then I have called multiple times (and either wait for 40 mins to be told the person answering can't do anything or call gets cut off) and corresponded with several different individuals who all say that they are very busy but will process the cancellation. On Christmas Day ClubMed took full payment for this cancelled holiday (nearly £4000) from my credit card without my permission, which according to FCA is not allowed. I have kept full documentation of all the e-mail correspondence and have made a claim for compensation from my credit card company (Amex) but the amount still features on my statement. I see now that I am by no means the only one to be swindled in this way. What can one do but take them to the small claims court? The only thing is never to book with ClubMed again - which is a shame because I had many good holidays with them in the past. Oh .... and remember to check TrustPilot before booking in future.
Can’t get in touch with them
I tried just at the opening hour and nobody answers
Very very poor service in London
I just had the last amount taken from my bank account without notice
Only for part of my group
Don t know what is happening for the rest ( I booked for everyone)
I used club med in France and what a difference
They are so helpfull
No communication or response to cancel service despite multiple attempts to reach the company
It was impossible to get through on the phone, I was cut off twice before anyone answered and simply told by an automated message that it was too busy. Nobody called me back to let me confirm the booking and pay the deposit and, as a result, we almost lost our booking having already booked the flights! There is no other way of contacting support as all the emails I received are ‘no reply’. When you consider I was trying only trying to pay, this is shocking.
Excellent customer service - when I finally got through after waiting 25 minutes.

I was trying to order skis and boots on the website through my booking and it wouldn't let me pay. this also happened to all the other members of our party. I ended up having to fulfil the order via one of your very helpful staff - but what a waste of time. Even then they had to resend the link to pay as it expired in no time - why would it even expire! Frankly your website isn't up to standard, the consultant said we couldn't pay because we were booking so close to the trip! What difference would that make, if it accepted the order for skis and boots why wouldn't it accept any payment - simply giving an error message. it is not good enough that a company of your size and stature has such a rubbish website. Your consultant Van was extremely helpful; but it was all so unnecessary if your website had done what it is supposed to! Regard. Stephen
Website was not easy to use.
No information about transfer times.
No comprehensive summary of purchase before paying.
Illogical way of adding passengers when returning to site.
Had to terminate our Pragelato holiday early after ski accident. Ski binding did not release causing severe knee damage. We had to buy new return flights home ourselves. Since then cannot get through to the Customer Services team to claim refunds. ClubMed also charged me EUR 250 on arrival and has not returned this back.
Booking process was quite easy once you realise you can pick a specific airport like LHR. However after booking and paying the initial deposit, I logged in to my Club Med account to see that I needed to pay £1.00 by the end of the day. This must be a mistake? I paid again to get rid of the issue, but why did this happen?
Payment module crashed twice otherwise good website in terms of content
Customer support is not properly staffed, nor capable - they could not help:
- I had reserved an option online and wanted to use a previous credit (money held by Club Med for last 3 years due to cancellation at the start of COVID). The confirmation email said someone would reach out.... with no luck. Then I tried to call the support:
- had to wait for 90 minutes between various calls to finally get through to someone.
- unfortunately, the person immediately said that they were understaffed and that the people who could help me with the credit would not be available for 2 weeks and that they were the only one to help me.
- the person on the phone could not propose a solution, nor ensure that the option would be secured in the meantime.
