Myself, my children and grandchildren have just returned back from club paradiso Alanya after our first holiday away. The Staff, the Resort, the Food and the Entertainment was the same. 5 Star BEAUTIFUL. Our choice of timing was perfect and we full joyed ourselves. Thank you All for our dream family holiday.

The hotel complex is approximately 2 miles from the beach in a very overbuilt and crowded location.
2 Swimming poles are just too small for almost 1000 to 1500 people. Guests are crowded around the poles
The apartments are okay but the beds are not comfy.
Food is okay but repetitive
Worst was the animation. No programs and just mismanaged by a guy called Keita. He even did not know the names of some countries and urging the people to teach their children what country they are from. An absolute disaster for the hotel

I spend a week with my family in June. Booked a 3 room apartment but they checked us in at a room with a double bed - our booked apartment were sold out as we were told. Family had to be split up in two rooms! Hotel is completely worn down. Extremely noisy. The food is of low quality and foodsaftey questionable (4 person got ill during holiday due to food). Room only poorly cleaned (feces on the toilet bucket throughout the week!) Lifeguard leaving their post when on guard for long period of time. Bartenders often absent. Activity/shown in evening good fun for the kids but that has to be the one single positive experience to say about this hotel. I would strongly advise not to choose this one.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I am really happy that my first time in Alanya was with Club Paradiso. It exceeded all my personal expectations and my family as well. All my request was filled by Club Paradiso. I asked for an penthouse located in a quite area with a sea view, and as high as possible. A baby cot in our bedroom as we had our 3 month baby with us.

By far one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Very clean, Spacious rooms, wonderful staff, great food. High standard of entertainment for adults and children. Lots of activities and much more. Our penthouse appartment had two livingrooms, 2 toilets with shower, two bedrooms, 1 with a double/queen size and two seperate beds on upstairs. one downstairs, and another on the top floor. 3 balconies, 1 in the livingroom with sea view, mountains and the city of Alanya. On the penthouse room, there were two balcons, one with even a better sea view, Alanya Palace and the city, the other one had views of the Taurus mountians within 10 walking distance. This is hotel huge, it has many different swimming pools, kids friendly, adults, waterpolo size. Beach transport. City transport is not priced over. The hotel also has a barber, local shops, and everything you need on a holiday. It has waterslides and many thing. We spent a week there, and we are looking forward to going there again. It's worth having the ultra all inclusive.

Lots of other families from all over the world staying there. I had kids ranging from 0 to 13 and they all found friends and activities to do. Because they have a very good organization and they had like 10 fulltime workers on the entertainment area alone.
Thank you everyone from valet, to the kitchen staff, to all the entertainment staff. It's been a real please sure, and I hope God gives me another oppurtunity to stay in your wonderful hotel.
