Return Confusion
Ordered delivered quickly but it does not suit (too small). I am trying to send it back but having some difficulty...
I completed a 'returns form' but received no confirmation email and no contact has been made, and I'm worried I won't be able to return in the 2 week window.
I can't seem to find a contact number either. I note I pay for delivery of return, which is fair, but no mention anywhere as to how much this might be. Not even a ball park.
Would appreciate a response..

The garden furniture was delivered 7 days after order and extremely well packed. We are delighted with the quality and also with the after service provided.
It looks beautiful in our garden. Cushions very comfy and thicker than most. I love the two tier table which makes it suitable for all occasions. Would definitely buy from Club Rattan again

Fabulous corner Sofa and table.
Can’t rate this company highly enough. Our corner sofa set arrived very quickly and well packaged. My husband built it up in under an hour. Then we were sat on it in the sunshine with a glass of wine. It looks fabulous. And so comfortable. Had lots of compliments. Can I also add… its a fraction of the cost, the garden centres are charging, Thankyou Club Rattan we love it.

Received my order today over all I’m very happy with it just feel the communication could be a little better don’t delivery was delayed due to logging a incorrect contact number for me I emailed club rattan queering deliver and that said that they would chase it up but I got nothing from them until I prompted again and I was given contact details for the carrier who identified incorrect detail and arranged deliver for the following day feel that this could of been identified but over all happy minimal building looks great

Phone number out of order. Items missing from my order and a shattered glass table top. I posted several comments on different social media accounts and now they have all been deleted, I have also been blocked so I can contact you at all. You said you would have your team resolve my problems but why would you delete my comments and block me! Now I’m very concerned and feel I might have been scammed
I will remove my review if this company follows through and does what they said they would if not I will continue to make sure people know not to buy from you

I like said and have done from the start of this mess, I will change my review when all of my items have arrived. We are still waiting on the £85 cover for our furniture, we place our original order SIX weeks ago, and our furniture has been sat outside in all different weather conditions and is likely to weather and deteriorate as it states it should be be covered. Can you (club rattan) guarantee that if within a few months if this happens you will replace the furniture? And also I would like to know when the cover will be delivered?

Charing corner set plus covers
I recently ordered a Charing corner set with table and stools.
I placed order on Friday and received all in perfect condition on the following Wednesday.
Everything about this set is perfect.
From the back cushions being buttoned, a rely nice touch to the straight forward assembly that does require 2 people
All came compact in 1 large box on a pallet.
I would strongly advise that the purchase of covers are strongly emphasize as they are not your run of the mill covers but Custom made to fit perfectly.
I doubt anybody could find better quality Rattan anywhere else.

Sicily Range large sofa set
I ordered the Sicily Range large sofa set. Delivery was very prompt, when we unboxed it we discovered 3 legs were damaged on the sofa during transit. I contacted Club Rattan and they were very apologetic. The courier company came to collect the damaged sofa and a new sofa was delivered a few days later. I was kept informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service and excellent quality furniture 5 ⭐️

I placed an order with club rattan last Tuesday and was emailed the next day notifying me the set wasn’t in stock, I was offered a full refund or the option to choose another set with a 50 pound discount. I picked another set and it was delivered this Tuesday. I am very impressed with the quality especially the cushions! Brilliant customer service and very friendly delivery driver!
