I purchased a Mocca Coffee machine which arrived very promptly. I have been pleasantly surprised by the improved taste and clearly I should have shopped with Clumsy Goat sooner. Overall my experience is good and there web site is easy to use and worth a visit.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience. My order was missed and was not dispatched until I contacted the company to ask about its status, 4 days after placing the order. There was no communication or effort to resolve the issue.
As compensation for the delayed delivery, I was offered free coffee, but this was never provided. Overall, the company appears to have little interest in customer satisfaction or effective customer service. There is significant room for improvement in how customer issues are handled and communicated.

I bought a coffee grinder from clumsy goat coffee.
The price of the device was competitive, but the after sales comms were good on delivery etc. The grinder was delivered on time.
