They were one of three suppliers of the espresso machine I wanted who were offering the most competitive price. I went with them because their commitment around speed of delivery seemed the best of the three. Unfortunately, actual delivery did not live up to what they stated on the website. I ordered the machine after 2pm on a Tuesday and the website indicated that it would therefore be dispatched the following day. But it wasn't. Nor was it dispatched on the Thursday. I rang them on Friday afternoon and then they confirmed it would be dispatched before close of play that day. The machine arrived on the Monday. The machine itself was as expected.

Very pleased with my Gaggia Milano machine which came as a package with a grinder, I was pleasantly surprised with the grinder, its small, compact and quite heavy so stays put. Thank you excellent service, and fast response with my delivery query. Will be happy to purchase from you again

Recently bought Bodums coffee on the go cup from clumsy Goat ( love the name ) and it’s got to be one of my better buys. Looks great and makes coffee easy. No hassle with the delivery arrived within the date arranged. Packaged well arrived in one piece with no breakages. Delighted with my purchase.

Disappointing service.
Pricing Tip: Check the individual prices before buying a bundle—it was cheaper for me to buy the machine and grinder separately.
​Shipping: Order placed on Monday, but it took a week to arrive despite multiple phone calls to confirm a birthday deadline.
​Service: I was promised coffee as a gesture of goodwill for the delay, but two weeks later, nothing has arrived. Great equipment (Rancilio/Eureka), but a very frustrating buying experience.

I ordered a Fellow Ode 2 Grinder and a Moccamaster Select here. I inadvertently received a Gen 1 grinder in a single box with no tracking information or evidence that the Moccamaster was in the order. I contacted Rachael at customer service who (in the age of the chatbot) was very precise, responsive, reassuring and tackled the problem head on. Being new to the UK, I had no printer to produce a return label and no clue where to find a FedEx in Reading to initiate the return. Rachael provided a label and guidance on FedEx locations near me. She also found the tracking on the missing Moccamaster. Eventually, everything returned and arrived correctly. I had a wonderful cup of coffee this morning. So the mix-up and the errors turned into a wonderful customer support experience in the end. For that reason alone, I would definitely order again. Rachael and Clumsy Goat also were kind enough to throw in a free gift of two large bags of coffee beans with the correct grinder. Top notch folks, thank you.

Right price, prompt delivery of a Eureka Atom.

Had an issue with a high value order. Although it took slightly longer than needed, they resolved the issue fully. I would order from these guys again the customer service is very good. Very impressed overall.

Order arrived exactly as stated. It’s a great machine, not easy to find anywhere else.

Ordered 250 g of espresso beans and they were wonderful; at the beginning of the day it’s all about the taste and those one or two cups each day need to hit the spot. Have tried most brands on the supermarket shelves; a couple are good, not great, and most poor. Trying some online brands based on recommendations and Clumsy Goat is the winner so far - I think we’’ll try more of their selection and fill up the delivery box next time.

I ordered a new setup after my Barista express packed up, shopping around and looking at all sorts of machines, all in one or grinder and machine combos i stumbled upon a good duo through clumsy goat, bellezza bellona and eureka mignon zero, customer service was brilliant, I had gone with next day delivery and firstly missing the slot Kate refunded me the next day delivery fee and assured it would be here the next day, and also the day after I ordered my new espresso machine and grinder they went on sale so she also deducted me the difference on what id paid the day previous, top notch, and I would highly reccomend and would definitely shop here again 10/10

Bought some of the Peruvian beans for my bean to cup machine. Lovely flavour and far less acidic than most. Delivery was in good time. Buying the small bag as an experiment was the right thing to do but per cup was expensive so just bought two 1kg bags which is much better value.

I recently came across Clumsy Goat Coffee and decided to try their Peruvian beans. I was genuinely impressed — the coffee arrived freshly roasted and the flavour was outstanding. It’s smooth, sweet, and far superior to anything I’ve bought from a supermarket.

Yes, you pay a little more than supermarket beans, but the freshness and quality are on a completely different level. It’s absolutely worth it.
