I have recently completed an eight week course for my chronic back pain with Daniela, The results have been amazing, I noticed a big difference after the third session and I am almost pain-free now. Acupuncture has blown my mind, up to being very cynical about it. Daniela is very friendly and professional and is clearly passionate about helping people. I am going to continue with weekly sessions for The next couple of months to ensure I remain pain-free and can continue weight training and running without injury. Thanks Daniela 😀

I have recently completed an 18 week treatment programme for chronic back and hip pain.
After the first few sessions I could already feel a difference. The Acupuncture is also very relaxing.
I will never be pain free but everything that Rasti has done for me has helped massively. He has magic hands :-)
I will continue to visit once a month and to do the simple exercises that I’ve been shown.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend you give the clinic a try.

I went to see Rasti with a neck issue, which ultimately ended up being caused by a hip imbalance. Rasti has been the consummate professional throughout, informative at each stage and achieving great results. I'm now on the optimum maintenance package to keep my back and neck in good shape once a month which is working wonders. Couldn't recommend higher

I have been working with Daniela for some time on a number of different issues, and I can’t speak highly enough of her. She is very skilled and knowledgeable - and she is clearly very passionate about what she does. This translates into wonderfully positive treatments and I have always found her very friendly and helpful whenever I have an appointment. Daniela is prepared to go the extra mile to make sure her treatments are effective - and they certainly have been in my case and in fact the same is true of many people I know who are fortunate enough to see her too. Had knee/back problem. Arthritis in knees. Had 2 blocks of treatment involving acupuncture, massage and simple exercises. Back problem eased. Mobility improved due to strengthening muscles. Exercises fit in around lifestyle that I don’t notice I’m doing them. Daniela has been fantastic explaining too

Great place for treatment i was out of sports for 9 months due to an adductor issue. within just a few sessions here i was pain free and more mobile. They are very detailed and have great understanding of the patient.

Everyone here is so kind and thoughtful. I’ve been seeing them for 2 yrs and they have helped me so much. I have acupuncture and massage and they r the best I’ve ever had. Every time I leave they have eased some of my pain.

I booked my first appointment when I couldn’t take the pain in my neck and back any longer - I was at breaking point nearly crying in pain. From the onset both Daniela and the reception staff were friendly and helpful which continued throughout my treatment plan. I can’t thank Daniella enough for her care and attention to get me back to normal. I am now looking forward to getting back to exercising which I haven’t been able to for months.

I have been seeing Daniela for a few months, as she has been helping me to overcome a bad case of sciatica. During my treatments she has been applying a combination of body manipulation, sports massage and acupuncture, all of which has been very effective.

Daniela is a very warm, friendly, caring and pleasant person; she has excellent communication skills, is extremely knowledgeable, and her love and passion for her craft is reflected in the quality of her work.

Daniela always takes the time to patiently explain what she is doing so that you feel part of the therapeutic process, which I like very much.

In addition to ensuring that you understand the treatment process she provides helpful exercises to support the work done in the room.

I cannot recommend Daniela highly enough, she is a gifted and talented practitioner... the best I've seen in over 40 years.

It's a pleasure to go to the clinic because all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I first attended Back and Acupuncture Clinic,as i was in pain with my pelvis and groin area.My doctor told me it was probably arthritis due to age.Thankfully i come across this place.Paul and his staff are brilliant and they sorted my pelvis and groin out really quickly.I can honestly say,i have no problems with either since.There duty of care is outstanding.5 star treatment at affordable prices.Well done guys.

I was treated by paul and first of all he was kind and helpful person who treated me good, and when i first went their one side of my face was in pain and agony and when i left finally i was soo happy and i am so grateful for Paul to help me in my crisis and overall i am fully healed and thank you so much for everything you done i will never forget this and everyone that helped me i really appreciate it

I went for my first appt in late December with severe lower back pain. I was treated by Daniella. She was very professional and thorough and set me at my ease. I decided to see Daniella once a week and the results have been very good. My lower back pain has virtually disappeared and the arthritis in my right hip has also improved making walking alot easier. The treatment consisted of Manipulation supported by Acupuncture. The entire staff have been friendly and very approachable. Daniella has been extremely good and explained all my treatments very clearly. I would definitely recommend this practise to anyone suffering any kind of pain or lack of mobility.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. The first visit where your difficulties are discussed in detail and a plan of recommended treatment is arranged is excellent. The treatment provided, in my case by Rasti, has been wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed, everything is explained and although my symptoms cannot be 'cured' due to their degenerative nature, they are definitely eased. I feel great when I walk out having had accupuncture followed by massage and manipulation. Having finished the course, I'm now on monthly maintenance which is very helpful. Great service.
