I booked in for an assessment back in May/June with Jonathan this year, of this due to issues with my shoulder. At that stage I was unable to lift my arm to do simple things such as comb my hair and experienced pain and fatigue especially when writing and typing long reports as necessary for my job. I was wrongly treated by the physio therapy service within the NHS due to the long waiting lists created by covid. Unable to get a scan I frantically explored alternate services with the hope I could get some relief from the pain with a view to recovery. Jonathan assessed my shoulder and quickly identified the location of my pain. He began treatment on a weekly basis and within weeks this treatment enabled me to start getting back to some normal things and was no longer affecting me at work. Furthermore, I went away on holiday in August and was able to swim for long periods and play around with my kids in the pool. I continued treatment and have to say that with time the area of pain and discomfort significantly reduced. Jonathan always acted in a professional manner and his demeanour helped place you at ease. I would highly recommend the service as without it I really don't think working would have been possible and I certainly wouldn't have been able to swim for any length of time.

Very efficient and thorough service. I was having shoulder problems for years and even after a few session I had a cast improvement. Apurva was very professional and gave me a series of exercises to do outside of session which was useful.

I have been going to Ambreen for treatment on my shoulder, knee and posture for just over a month now. I am so pleased with the overall outcome of my shoulder and knee issues which have been resolved now. I am amazed how my posture has improved as quoted by her ‘an improvement of 85%’. Very pleased and happy with her treatment plan, her thorough explanations of the treatment throughout and the exercise plan. Thank you Ambreen 😉

Daniella is amazing, I went with the hopes of improving my back problems after I thought it was always going to be that way but after acupuncture and other therapy my backs made a massive improvement and we’re not finished yet. She’s a miracle worker. Thank you. Highly recommend

I have suffered with my back since giving birth 7 years ago and previously sought help from an Oesteopath which helped with the pain in the first instance but was not solving the problem long term. Having stumbled across some reviews for the Backcare and Accupuncture clinic in Sutton Coldfield, I decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Daniela carried out an initial assessment and then explained how my treatment plan would work. I am now nearing the end of my treatment plan and I can honestly say that I can’t remember the last time my back felt so stable and I now have so much more flexibility and confidence in my movements. I have already recommended the clinic to some of my friends. Daniela and the team are all so welcoming, caring and friendly and will immediately put you at ease so if you are suffering like I was, just give them a call. You won’t regret it.

Truly excellent customer service, as a first time client they made me feel right at ease. They make sure you're informed and comfortable at every stage of the process. And my back pain has eased substantially, I'm still on the road to recovery, but I know I'm in safe hands. Would highly recommend!

I feel like a new person after treatment from Daniela . I had NO idea my pain was caused by my posture . My energy levels are up and i am pain free . I feel amazing and have an awareness of how i carry myself which is invaluble moving forward. Having never tried accupuncture i can thoroughly recommend it . The way i see it you take your car in for an mot ......when was the last time you invested in you ?

Service is very friendly and professional. Explain everything well and give you a really good understanding of issues and treatment plan. The treatment has really been helping and my oesteopath is really understanding and helpful.

I have been attending this clinic since August and everyone is so courteous, professional and of course skilled in their profession. I have been receiving treatment on my back and knee from Ambereen who is wonderful at her job and always so thorough in all she says and does. I leave every time feeling as though I am walking on air. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly.

Apurva has been brilliant! I can’t thank her enough . I came into clinic with awful back and hip pain that had been on and off for sometime. Within the first couple of sessions I noticed a difference and was no longer in pain. I have continued my treatment and feel the benefit every session. I would definitely recommend Apurva and the clinic as everyone is very friendly, professional and welcoming . Thank you all 😃

I’ve got a herniated disc which flares up occasionally, I had really bad pain running down my leg , booked in for an emergency appointment with Apurva.
She has been excellent.
The pain has now gone and been given some useful exercises for aftercare.

I went to Clusker with chronic lower back pain that I thought wasn't treatable. (Even coughing and sneezing was enough to make me wince from the back pain!)

After an initial consultation, some at-home exercises, and of course expert treatment from the amazing staff there, the pain has virtually gone! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I’ve recently done 8 sessions with Johnathan, he’s a good practitioner and a very polite host.
I recommend Walsall BAC.

I went to backcare and acupuncture clinic desperate and in pain ,i do pole fitness 5 days a week and had a shoulder injury i couldnt sleep or do my usual daily tasks and lived on pain killers .I was really nervous and worrid not only about my injury and if infact id ever get back to my favourite hobby which had become a massive part of my life but also the cost and length of treatment .I cant thank Daniela enough she was so kind and listened to me she never rushed any of our appointments really took her time and the whole time very proffessional , she did a assesment on our first appointment to see what my range of movement was and exactly what movements and actions aggrivated my pain ,she put together a 10 session programme for me and during these sessions gave me accupunture ,physio and massarge ,my shoulder started to feel better after the first session and continued to improve every session. I have now completed my sessions and my shoulder is back to normal and im back doing what i love , i can not stress enough how amazing ,welcoming and professional this place is so much so that i will be booking an appointment once a month to make sure i keep my shoulder well , big thankyou to this place and their lovely staff but the biggest thankyou to Daniella and her amazing talent for fixing people .

Treatment that Megan has administered to my back in recent weeks has improved my condition immensely. I will continue with my fortnightly visits to help maintain that improvement.

Had a 16 week programe with Johnathon for hip & lower back problems. I found the treatments l had was beneficial for keeping me on the move till my operation date came through for hip surgery. Johnny is very caring respectful and very professional and l beleive as the years go on he will be at the top of his profession his knowledge and enthusiasm is refreshing. He kept me mobile when l was in a bad situation. Very pleasant young man.
