This was a challenging project -not least the 3 panels x 3.2 m . Charlie Scott and Sam took it all in their stride and were professional at all times. Would not hesitate to highly recommend the company.

There was a problem with the sizing of…
There was a problem with the sizing of the replacement window which was too big to fit properly, however the team made the replace watertight and refitted a correctly sized window the following morning. I was a chartered Civil Structural Engineer and problems occur all the time in the building trade and it is how you handle the problem that counts.
Your workmen were very helpful at all times which was excellent since I am now under palliative care.
Well done the installation is perfect.

Excellent service from a great company.
Really great company to use, used them to replace existing UPVC front door. Easy process following the initial enquiry, visit made to establish what we required at which time we received a very competitive quote. Follow up by surveyor to measure up and plan installation. Next step was a visit by installer who made a very good job & tidied up after themselves. Will definitely use again when we next need work done & would recommend them to anyone thinking of having work done.

All round great company
All round great company. Right to the point, as well as giving advice, they also listened to what I actually wanted.
No problem with installation and my house already stays warmer when the heating is turned off.
The fitters had a good sense of humour & were trusted to be left a key to crack on with the job.
Amazed at how little damage was done to the surrounding areas - top class!

Quality Windows along with good Customer Service
Customer Service from the beginning was extremely good.
The quality of the windows and the efficiency of the replacement was excellent.
The joiners who carried out the replacement were very helpful and polite and cleaned all debris leaving the areas clean.

Great service.
The initial contact from the salesman was very quick, and the surveyor came out within weeks of his visit to our home. Despite the time of year and delays due to poor weather, the whole installation process was as smooth as it could have been, and completed within a week. The guys that did the work were courteous, hard working and tidy. The quality of their work seems excellent.
