I did receive a reply from Clymb…

I did receive a reply from Clymb stating the support site would help me out.
I have written 3 notes to them and none have been answered. So much for their claim of answering emails within 24 hours .

Pants- received wrong size

Pants- received wrong size. They sent me a size 3 sizes too big. The invoice is correct but the pants are not what is reflected. Unfortunately I do not know anyone who could wear this size and they were final sale. A shame too because I’ve ordered in the past and things are fine -

Ordered shoes -- never came.

Ordered shoes, they were refunded without warning, and they have sent marketing spam for many days after unsubscribing.

the website is easy to use but…

the website is easy to use but the amount of items has diminished...missing the "quality" brands you used to carry. The sweater I purchased is nice but came with a return tag from Macy's!

the product itself was really disappointing with snags and dirt marks.
As per usual, the Clymb has an awesome return policy.

Zero Drop Shoe

Zero Drop Shoe - Purchased a Mens 9 and I'm a women's 10 (men's 8.5). Fits like a glove and will be worn with a light weight footie on warm days. Toe box is very flat.

Never received order - sketchy comms

Update: logged into account and it said order was shipped. Tracking said that carrier was awaiting package. I waited for days. I reached out again to customer service and they said they weren’t sure what happened. Refunded order. Seriously worst communication ever - Clymb changed owners and I placed many orders before. I will not purchase anything again because it’s clear a placed order does not mean I will ever receive emails or my order.
