I'm very happy with my experience of using CMC Invest so far. From transferring an existing cash Isa to them, to making my first deposit. This was all done very quickly compared to other providers I am currently dealing with. Plus their Easy Access Cash Isa currently has a top interest rate at 5.70% The only thing I would like to be added to the account process is that you send an email confirmation to the customer, confirming that a deposit has been received.

The CMC Invest app is ergonomically laid out, and very intuitive to navigate around, enhancing the overall investment experience. I made the right choice to invest with you.

Easy to open a new cash ISA and was able to arrange for a matured ISA to be transferred in. The whole process took only a few days and I can now monitor my combined ISA funds in one place with a very competitive rate of interest.

Excellent service from day one ISA was opened easily and also made atransfer to my account from another provider within 3 days. Excellent interest rate paid daily. I certainly recommend CMC as a home for an ISA.

Very straight forward to open a new ISA, my initial deposit was showing next working day and then my transfer in was completed within 7 days. Interest accrued daily in the app so nice to see how it builds up and also a very good rate. Great so far

With good communication last year's transfer went ahead. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Not great so far. ISA transferred ok. Card payments to Isa been in limbo for a number of days. A bit concerning. Spoken to a couple of agents who were helpful. But get the feeling they are not very well set up. Trust is a big thing with financial products at the moment I do not trust CMC

I had issues in funding the account which delayed my deposit clearing by around two weeks. I did ultimately resolve this with CMC (although this did take longer than expected) and CMC did reimburse the lost interest. Unfortunately we missed out on the 0.85% new account opening bonus by just a few days and CMC would not retrospectively apply this despite the initial problems we encountered. This is why my review is 4 stars and not 5. Goodwill is good business especially when errors are made. CMC were fairly rigid about the account opening bonus not being applied which would have otherwise earned us an extra £175 in interest had we opened the account just 3 or 4 days later. The underlying rate is still market-leading however so we will stick with CMC for now.

Pretty shady. Takes a few days for cash ISA deposits to be "settled" (until then, presumably not counted for interest), almost a week and counting for bank to be verified (until then, cannot withdraw, so funds stuck inside a "flexible" ISA). Stroppy responses when you get them. No reply to messages. Best avoided, unless you like being ghosted.

Update - I received a nice reply 5 days ago to my request to close the account. I am to be contacted about the closure. And then nothing again. They really are hopeless. In the meantime, a withdrawal request for £1 made a week ago is still ongoing ... I wonder if these white hairs is from dealing with these losers, or from the sheer passage of time.

Never bought stocks/shares etc before and found CMC really easy to use would highly recommend

ISA transfer still in progress, rate advertised with 3 months bonus rate but company not prepared to honour this despite the offer being advertised ongoing. Think I dodged a bullet dealing with a disingenuous company.
20k Transfer cancelled app deleted in favour of a provider with common sense.

Email received wanting to know what wrong. Not very agile response to say the least. As explained, applied to transfer 20 k. Transfer was going to take some time due to tax year etc. However, the 3 months bonus you offered 48 hours later on line, considering you were going to take some weeks to transfer from Zopa, you could have honoured the offer. Instead you took ages to reply then said brand new customers only. Account closed transfer aborted. I don't deal with disgenuos folk with no flexibility or solution. Transfer comple with another provider. Shocking wooden response and not a start to any financial relationship.

I would just like to say i have just transferred my ISA to cmc invest and the service was 2nd to none, all very speedy and straightforward no complaints hear 🥇👍

I opened a cash ISA with the intention to put money in with the new financial year and now I feel really put off by CMC after finding out that you have just given a bonus rate for new joiners and I haven’t been offered this as I joined a couple of days before

Opened a cash ISA, which is easy enough. Money credited to my account is far too slow. Competitors like Zopa and Monument have instant credit to account, when you pay into it.

I found it easy to do on the app you have carried out the transfer for me I just hope you don't drop the rates now thanks for providing service smoothly Joseph
