I ordered very old headlights that were obviously redesigned to fit and made very well. Will order all of my hard to find old car parts from CNCEST!

I bought a rotating cupboard from Cncest almost a year ago which was a great product and arrived on time. But this review isn’t because of that, it’s because we have just got around to installing it and had stupidly lost the instructions.
Searched high and low on the internet, to no avail and, on the incredibly off chance of receiving a reply, I emaile this company to see if they could help me.
I received an email from Molly at Cncest with not only a pdf of the instructions but also a video!
Brilliant service.

I bought a weed trimmer that stopped working after 7 months using twice a month. Their website says they warrant for 1 year. They have not responded to my many emails to say yes we will replace or no we will not replace. I paid $144.00 for a tool that only lasted 7 months.

Bought a bike for my 3 year old birthday. The night before went to put it together to find it was bent and the metal part was split. They responded to me giving me a 5% discount which I refused as requested to send back as I had to on my sons actually birthday go and buy another one on the day. They then offer me a 11% discount amd allow my child to use the bike. Absolutely unbelievable. They then said I can sent the item back at my own expense as it's too big for then to be able to hive me a pre paid label even though on their website it states if sent broken they will send one. They claim the item is too big for them to provide one. I am now a month down the line with a PayPal dispute in place to have the item sent back amd receive a refund.

Paid £135 (£127 with discount) for a bike. The front wheel doesn't stop. Have been communicating since 15 May. EXPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES and SENT VIDEO on 19 May. Had been extremely patient and ask them either to sort the problem or provide return and refund. Since 19 May, no reply.

Update on 23 May:
They replied, stating they are checking with the manufacturer.

Update on 27 May:
They have just emailed and agreed to replace the product. Waiting for collection/return.

Update on 18 June 2025:
They provided Free Return via Evri but no Shops will allow to drop off as it was way too big item + 20kg. They didn't know that they needed to offer a collection from door which Evri offers. They did that after reporting twice.

They have also delivered a NEW BIKE which was Good but the problem persists. I guess, something is wrong with this bike as both of them failed to have brake in front wheel. I am bit tired to deal with it.

They eventually tried to help, with some hiccups in each step, but as they have tried, I am somewhat happy. They did their job but the product still doesn't do the job as it should be. As it was only for fun, I am ok but if you are really planning to use it as a MOUNTAIN BIKE, stay away.

It's bad quality and unsafe for riding I request return and refund but they offer me £24 to keep the product I bought it for £109 ,
Don't buy any from them I reported them as a fraud website and I requested my money back from my bank ,

Update to my previous review:
After I shared my first review with Cncest, Cncest asked me to delete the comment, promising a refund in return. However, they have failed to provide return details which they did only after chasing them once again and still have not organized a courier for the return. Instead, they are now asking me to cover the return costs and to organise the courier myself — despite their website and return policy clearly stating a "60-day free return."
I'm still trying to get them to organize the courier, but they continue to refuse.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE—extremely untrustworthy customer service and false advertising.

Bought a corner shelf kidney pullout and arrived damaged, asked for a return as product is faulty and only response I got was they will give me £6 off the order even though it cost £130. They stated I couldn’t return the item as it wasn’t good for the planet even though their return policy states different.

Do not buy anything from this company if you live in the UK. This is a Hong Kong company shipping goods from elsewhere. Customer service speaks to you in German. I bought an item to the value of £120 but YODEL lost the parcel. The seller refused to confirm with YODEL that the parcel was lost (even though YODEL was waiting to hear from them to compensate them). The seller did not issue a refund or replacement. I made a mistake ordering from them in the first place, so learn from my mistake.

Please be aware of this company. They are not a legitimate company. I advise not purchasing from here. They send faulty items and ignore any correspondence on return request.

Bought a sink but the drain is made of cheap plastic, very fragile and can't screw it in completely so it stays half way attached...

Their review system in the website is a joke : Apparently it gives automatically 5 stars even though you select a lower score...

I bought the bench lathe and am happy with product. It is exactly as described. Very easy to set up.
I had a couple of queries that were answered very promptly by Molly. ( a very special thank you).
I am happy to recommend cncest to anybody for quality products.

The team at CNCEST was quick to reply, effective and friendly. We had ordered a kitchen sink, which essentially got lost in the post. They helped us re-order another next day, and, helped us to get a refund on the first order. Great communication.

Terrible company to deal with! The folding bike weighs 5 times the weight of a regular mountain bike and arrived with numerous missing parts. Took weeks for anyone to arrange a collection. When a courier finally appeared at my door, I had no prior notice email of this, so neither he or I knew why he had turned up. Finally got an email from someone called 'Molly' who then told me that was the courier for the bike. There is no contact number for customer service, just an email. Now, weeks later I'm still stuck with this enormous parcel and no arrangements for collection. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

The sink isn’t fitted yet, but it looks great. I was after a compact sink with an integrated tap hole and soap dispenser and I found exactly what I wanted at a great price. The communication and customer service was spot on. I don’t often buy sinks… but Cncest will be my first choice in the future.
