Ordered a couple of exterior lamps which arrived promptly but were damaged. Contacted Cncest and following their instructions, returned the lamps via courier which I paid for. The postage was repaid to my Paypal account and the cost of the lamps was repaid to my credit card. Dealt with very quickly and politely by Jasmine

I purchased a screw-type submersible pump, following written advice from CNCEST that it was suitable for use in a horizontal position. It was used regularly during last summer, about 6 months, and then unused during the winter months. On restarting use in the spring, I found it had failed, apparently seized up. I claimed for repair or refund under the 2-year warranty, but they procrastinated, suggesting I pay them an additional €40 (half the price of the original) for them to send me a new one. I refused and they then said to get it repaired locally and they would pay for the repair. This proved difficult as most repairers wanted at least €25 to inspect it (and told me that it was almost certainly unrepairable, in any case). Eventually, one repairer confirmed that it had seized up - probably because it had been used in a horizontal position (which he advised was not an option with this type of pump; so their original advice was incorrect). He said it was not economically repairable. I advised CNCEST of this, several times, but never received any more responses. I planned to issue a denuncio against them, as they appeared to be a Spanish company; but when I investigated, I discovered they were based in Hong Kong, so I had no legal options for redress. My advice - don't buy anything expensive from this company!!

The soldering iron I ordered ended up not being right for me due to being too low wattage for soldering onto ground planes. So CNCEST offered to pay for the return postage in exchange for a good review.

After i use the product "Windows for Camper", i see that this is broken, water enters from all sides and CNCEST don't want responding with warrantly.

The product was delivered on time. Only the quality of the product was not good, it was damaged, and not working properly. I requested to start the return proces. At first there was a response from CNCEST.com if I would not like to receive a discount, and bend the steel frame with tools and repair it myself. I do not want to keep a low quality damaged product, and responded to return it. After this I no longer receiving a response to my request to return the product. Several emails and phone calls without a response.
I still want to return the product, and will keep trying this

Sent a bike with pedals from another bike. Contacted them, no proper help provided. I had to buy Evri label and take it to drop off points to at least get my money back. Never trust this supplier. They have low quality Chinese products. Waist of 💰

I ordered a wine glass rack and it was quickly delivered. When I discovered it was too large for my wall, I contacted the company and they assisted me with a return and an exchange for the correct sized rack.
The response was prompt and the representative was helpful in resolving my problem.
