Beautiful clothes, size perfect; but the only negative thing i encountered was the shipping journey: in fact i waited for 29 days, but at the end I was more than satisfied!

I am writing second time review

I am writing second time review. First time after this :"I did not get my order from November!!!
I did not get my order from November. It was mistake while printing label and my goods came back to this company. Now I am asking refund and they refuse. They want me pay again for delivery. I have very bad experience with m.cnfans.com. U have to be careful because u have no protection as customer!!!!!"
I got the answer from company to contact and they going to help.
BUT!!! ALL THEY WANT ME to do re-delivery!!! I don't want anything anymore, I did not get my order from November because of error while printing label. ALL I WANT JUST MY MONEY BACK!!! I am going to post bad review till get my money back. My order 1991446133225816066 from 20.11.2025

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding your package 1991446133225816066, we strictly followed the shipping information you provided, and the logistics company transported it normally to the address you provided. We are also very sorry that your package was returned due to an [incorrect address] as reported by the logistics company.

We have a cooperative relationship with the logistics company. After the package leaves our warehouse, the specific transportation and delivery rules are determined and controlled by the logistics company, which is beyond our control. We hope for your understanding.

Your package has now been returned to our overseas warehouse. Please pay the reshipment fee before January 16th. If you do not pay the fee or respond before the deadline, the overseas warehouse will automatically destroy the package. Packages automatically destroyed by the overseas warehouse due to non-payment of reshipment fees are not covered by our insurance, and you will not be eligible for compensation. We appreciate your understanding.

If you need your package reshipped, you will need to pay a reshipment fee. The redelivery fee is charged by the logistics company, not us. If you do not request a redelivery and pay the redelivery fee, resulting in your package being destroyed, you will be responsible for the loss. Thank you for your understanding!
