The experience was great was kept informed throughout the process. I had a few issue with the purchase co ownership were understanding and supported me through the process. I had called a few time and the agents I spoke too were very courteous and informative

The company is great and helped a great deal. Great to work with, a little slow at times but anytime I have been talking to a person it's been nothing but helpful.
One small hiccup was a family donation was from someone whom i have absolutely no ties with over 6 years ago but it was corrected promptly.

First time Home owner thanks to Co-Ownership
Co-ownership have been a great help in helping me to get on the property ladder, communication has always straightforward and easy to follow, also anytime I phoned the advisor was a great help and answered whatever queries I had.
I'm not certain the process would be for everyone but I would recommend it as an additional option for people to look into and make a decision depending on their own circumstances, as a solo purchaser it has been of great benefit and I wouldn't be able to call myself a home owner otherwise,
Highly recommended.
