Excellent service with sticky criteria
All the staff that we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, working hard to make our home-owning dream a reality. The only downside would be the inflexible building criteria that render a vast proportion on the housing stock ineligible. But, we got there, and we're very grateful.

Due to being long term renters we had no surplus cash for a Deposit to buy a house and were given notice on our rental property leaving us just about homeless with the current social housing situations we would have waited years for a home for our two
Children. Co-Ownership saved us and gave us the opportunity to own our own home and we will be forever grateful for this.

Definitely worth it!
We have applied online and the next day had a reply with amount of money we are able to receive. We were delighted, the process was extremely easy on the app and any help over the phone also. It’s definitely worth going through co ownership if you struggle to save for a deposit, gets you on the property ladder. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
