We booked in advance not being able to give accurate numbers as attrition in our event can sometimes be unpredictable. Anyone who helped us understood and gave the best advice for contingency planning when the actual time of year approached.

Friendly and well-informed service every time!

Bus arrived at pickup location early and the driver was very pleasant, professional, helpful and accommodating. Our group has used Coach Canada for two consecutive years, and the service has been outstanding. Would recommend Coach Canada in a heartbeat.

Only complaint- when driver arrived he was not equipped with full itinerary, which had been supplied to company in ample time of booking. He had been provided just the evening prior of minimum information regarding his commitment for the day, while the tour had been fully scheduled and provided to coach Canada.

As a driver for TTC I am perhaps more observant than others. I believe our driver to have been extremely professional, cautious and experienced. He navigated the coach through dense downtown traffic with ease. I was extremely impressed and would, and have recommended Coach Canada to many. Please express my gratitude to the driver. Thank you.

I like the personality of the drivers and the buses were in good condition

Most of our buses were subcontracted and not all of the basic detaisl were properly transmitted to all drivers. Drivers had also not eaten before our reservation and so it effected our plans. Otherwise it went fine, but disappointing for a brand such as Coach Canada.

I’ll make it short and meaningful they are great & amazing in everything.

The drivers were very helpful and cordial. We had difficulty with one driver from Mississauga who did not know how to use the lift to board wheelchair patrons. This happened twice and caused significant delays and gave a very bad impression of our conference when we appear not prepared for all our delegates. The patrons gave the drive advice about how to use the lift on the bus. Overall runs were reduced significantly by the lack of knowledge and all patrons experienced long periods of stall while in transit.
The organization of our bus experience was very good. Schedules were flexible right till the final days. Service was personal and positive.
