We have been using Coach Canada for about 15 years and can honestly say we have never had a problem- drivers are always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

A few bumps in the road

The night before our scheduled trip (which I had booked a month before) I recieved a phone message that the company had over booked 'Coach Canada' buses. Thank goodness we were still able to get a bus through their partners, but it did not help with he stress caused. The new bus was 15 minutes late, and having the vast majority of our passengers being younger than 14, this caused some headaches.

The bus's air conditioning system also stopped working, and the back of the bus it was noticeably hotter. So hot that the bus driver wanted to call in another bus at our destination and switch. However due to the overbooking, there was no new bus available. So we were able to hop on the 407 to make it to our destination quicker and I was not charged the fee.

The bus driver was lovely, and he worked hard to make sure the trip would run more smooth.

I would recommend Coach Canada to anyone who would need transportation for a long trip.

Their sales rep and reservation team did great job and support before the service dates, which I much appreciate.
However, on the date of airport transfer to Pearson airport, two buses came and showed up 45 minutes late, due to a car accident and bad traffic on highway 401. They should have left their bus terminal much earlier.
My group of 60 people had to hurry at airport to catch their international flight.

Bus was on time & very clean & modern. Driver was an absolute delight.

Chartered several services with Coach Canada, never had delays or complaints

Chris was my contact person at Coach Canada, he was very quick at responding to any questions I had any adjustments that were required were done immediately. He was absolutely great to work with. All buses arrived on time they were never late.

Chartering a coach bus through Coach Canada for a work function was easy. Booked the bus over the phone, the office staff were very friendly and accommodating. The driver showed up on time and was very nice. The condition of the bus was excellent. We will definitely be using Coach Canada for our future transportation needs!

What I enjoy and respect about working with Coach Canada to book our school's holiday buses is that they are helpful and correct any errors in a timely fashion. They're easy to get a hold of and respond quickly to emails. I prefer working with one person consistently on our contract and hope this will be the case going forward this year. The drivers are all professional and helpful to our students.

Friendly drivers, hard start with one driver being brand new and not following other driver which left us waiting. But that was quickly resolved and the rest of the trip went well. Safe drivers and very flexible. Would definitely recommend.
