Very disappointing. Dresses do not fit consistently. Their website says returns are easy. THEY ARE NOT.
There are NO returns and no full refunds available. I would NOT recommend using this company.

The items I ordered took a lot longer than I anticipated. However, the customer service was great and responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner and updated me along the way. The clothes I ordered are what I expected and very cute. I would order again but would give plenty of time for shipping.

I was a little nervous to use the site due to the mixed reviews but the clothing was so cute. Everything came as expected and I’m excited to wear all the dresses!

Do not buy from this company!!! The dress I received was cheap material, poor production and looked like a circus tent. Then I read that they do not do returns. I’m furious. This dress will go in the trash where it belongs and I hope to warn all future buyers this is a non-American company taking advantage of us!!!

While shipping took a little while, both dresses were exactly what was shown and the perfect packable travel dresses. I got a medium in both and the they both fit perfectly! For reference I am 5'7" and weigh 160.

Loved the dresses and sweaters I ordered! Great Quality.

One dress fit perfectly (no buttons). The buttoned dress was way too tight in the bust area. Wish I would have gone a size up on that one. Will absolutely purchase again. Dresses are lovely and I like the flowy fabric and feel of them.

Terrible - wish I’d read the reviews here before I spent $100 on toxic smelling tiny clothes. Nothing was true to size - not even close. Weird chemical smell when I opened the package that won’t go away. And then the returns process! As others have said they offer a settlement. I pushed several times and got the original us$21 offer up to us$50 which was much closer to what I spent. DONT BOTHER!!

Love my 3 dresses. All large. I wish I had ordered medium but still good. The only problem is the dress with a string tie wasn’t stitched correctly and one of the strings unraveled before I got it on. Not sure if I can send back for a replacement. I do love the fabric and style’s especially for a tropical vacation.

Trying to return a product is impossible.
You will be left with a “ settlement” offer from then worth about 20% of what you paid for. They make a refund offer and you keep the goods.
Could not get an address or return process out of them.
Some clothes great, some terrible.
Don’t expect refunds.

Dress fits perfectly and makes me look good!

If I could put zero I would. The clothes are all a very cheap fabric with terrible stitching for the seams. The money they charged would usually mean good quality clothing. The company has no refund policy and take days to respond to an email. They will offer you a very small amount to keep the clothes and then raise it slightly every time you ask to return for a refund but no where near what I paid. I was told 'The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself.'

Returns are no a thing. They want you to keep a $39.99 item and credit you $7.00.

I ordered two dresses and they are beautiful quality and true to size. Shipping took a little longer than expected to Australia but it was over Christmas/new year so postage delays were abundant. Overall very happy with my purchase, will purchase again from Coacia.

I understand shipping is difficult and can be costly. I unfortunately thought myself a M whereas I think I'm a L. Returning/exchanging does seem to be an issue. I really want to do another order but struggle with purchasing again with no return and spending more money.

Garments are not nice material. One size small dress fitted and the other did not. When attempts to return there is no option for exchange as shipping costs more than the items at customers expense. Instead offered US $8 and told to keep the garments. Even the dress that does fit is terrible material. Two dresses cost $125 double the advertised amount with the exchange rate & US$8 offered as compensation.
Also, the items were ordered in December and did not arrive until January, no initial confirmation email, this needed to be followed up with the service and lots of prompting the service in an attempt to track the order.
Disgusting service and quality.

Fake business.I would give 0 stars if I can. I bought two dresses, material and stitching was horrible. Almost like plastic. I am trying to return it for past 1 month. They gave a Dubai return address which I doubt exists. The courier company is not able to locate their address and they don’t even have a local phone number in UAE to contact.

I ordered two dresses that had material that looked wonderful online. When they came, it was like what umbrellas are made of!
Material doesn’t breath. When I wanted to return they would only offer to pay 50% !
