Dress sizing is way off. Used the size guide. Ridiculously big and a shapeless sack. Sleeves are huge and totally over power the dress. Fabric is thin and flimsy. Very disappointed. No return instructions in packaging. Will not be worn.

Dress is beautiful and arrived in time for Christmas, even though Australia post was inundated for Christmas.

This company sells clothing that is such poor quality and fit that the items cannot be worn. Despite 7 emails requesting a return as outlined in their terms and conditions they refused stating it cost them too much to take returns. A partial refund was agreed upon simply because I was sick and tired of dealing with them. Do not give this company your money. It’s a total scam !

Big mistake ordering here. Quality was poor. Fabrics felt cheap. One dress had a small tear in the seam. They did not honor their return policy. If you want to return for full return, their shipping address is in Dubai. They get with that and offer a much lesser return amount Never again, lesson learned

It's a gamble buying clothes online but I'm very happy with my delivery from Coacia. The sizes were perfect & I like the material & style. Also how they appear online - colours etc is accurate.

I know the process now, so I ordered several dresses and expected them to come in about 2 weeks via USPS. Everything went according to expectations. Most fit great! Need to lose a bit of weight for the final one -- nothing wrong on Coacia's side though.

Here is what you can expect if you order from Coacia: 1. If you love the dress you will be happy and give a great review; 2. If the dress doesn't fit, has poor construction or you don't like it you will give a poor review. The reason Coacia is not a good company is that it doesn't stand by it's product. I purchased 2 dresses. When you order it specifically says "Free Returns". I did not like the dresses. Not only did I not like the look of them, they didn't fit and were poorly constructed. I followed the procedure to return the item which is you need to email them to get a shipping label. They replied by offering a settlement amount instead. I asked for the full refund. They offered a bit more. We went back and forth many times and they refused to refund my money. I then called my credit card company and disputed the bill. I told my credit card company I offered to return the items but they only asked me to haggle with them over the refund. Thankfully my credit card company took care of it. If I had returned the items it would have been more than the cost of the dresses by the way as the return is to Dubai. This was not even close to a "Free Return" as promised. In addition- as others have shared, it does take forever to get the products as they are shipped from abroad.
