Cobtree is our favorite place to stay in Geneva. The property has a group of carriage/cabin houses sitting on a hilltop overlooking Seneca Lake, surrounded by beautiful farmland. The serenity of the morning and the stunning sunset views are just a few of the examples of the memorable moments there. It is a perfect place for alumni or multiple families reunion.

Jane is the best host one can have, very responsive and prompt. During our previous stay there, we left a laptop behind there. Jane contacted us before we even noticed ourselves. She then arranged to have it shipped to us. We are very grateful to her and her cleaning staff for her professionalism and virtue.

Had a lovely time staying in Seneca Cottage. The view overlooking the lake is beautiful and such a blessing to wake up to every morning. Jane, the owner, is very accommodating, and very nice to deal with! I recommend staying there!

Great cabin, more than enough room for the 10 people we had. Comfy beds, great outdoor area, etc.

Cobtree is the best for your money. We've stayed in both the cabins and the cottages. Both are great, roomy and fully equipped. We love the cottages (brick) in the winter and the cabins in the summer. All units have washer and dryer. The sunsets and sunrises are wonderful. Oh, and most units are pet friendly. Cobtree is located in Geneva, NY which we think is the middle of the Finger Lakes so it's a great place to use as a base camp so to speak. Explore the lakes, wineries and parks. Watkins Glen and Letchworth State Parks are a must see.
