I’m not sure how to spell his name but the name was Fawad he is in Romford at your stool, he is so good at communicating and so lovely!

I had a disappointing experience at Cochani Staines. While in the store, I was shown and allowed to try a tester perfume that smelled great, but the product I received after purchase turned out to be noticeably different. This was quite frustrating and not what I expected.

I would strongly recommend that customers carefully check and verify the exact product being packed before leaving the store to avoid similar issues. Transparency and consistency between testers and actual products should be improved.

I bought cochani aquero . It has a class of decent fragrance that definitely gave me many compliments . It's a must try . Lasts long too.

Charming young lady, very helpful. (Blackburn mall ). Unfortunately the emaraat oud oil, which I purchased 15ml bottle, only lasted 2 hrs on skin , was supposed to last at least 6 hrs. Will never buy again.

I purchased Royal Amber parfum in Westquay Southampton recently first of all i would like to compliment the lovely ladies on the counter very professional knowledgeable and patient but iam beginning to believe the fragrance they actually spray as a tester on your hand and the sample papers are much stronger and concentrated than the perfume they sell you because iam very disappointed with the lack of fragrance and the time it lasts my partner feels the same as she purchased a womans fragrance

I just bought my mens parfum Cochani Velvet Amour. They are BEAUTIFUL!!! The perfumes are oil-based, so they last longer than alcohol-based ones and are definitely gentler, which is absolutely crucial for me, as an allergy sufferer. I highly recommend them!!! I'm very pleased! I will buy again definitely!!

I ordered Elegance perfume and oil, the oil was damaged, I contacted them and they sent out a replacement straight away, I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered Oud perfume at the Ealing Broadway branch, but they gave me Midnight Breeze instead. When I asked for a refund, it was refused, and the staff spoke to me rudely. Extremely disappointed with the service and treatment.

I ordered perfume on Sunday. It's been a week and not a single update on the delivery. I've emailed them and no response. I'm now concerned this is a scam company and I've potentially lost £60.
